Answer:	no, the units that I have only require 110 volt.

Answer:	This DOES need hard wiring. It also needs a cord wired to it. The toggle switches kept burning out, so we re-wired with a 30-amp switch and it seems to be working very well so far! Hope that helps!

Answer:	That really depends on the size of your big ice chest. In practice, I've found that this basket holds just under a pound of ice before the sensor gets blocked and shuts it down. It will hold about 1.5 pounds if you shake the basket and level out the ice. Dump the ice into something else every hour, or so, and you will have plenty of ice to fill most work coolers.

• Press the “ON/OFF” button on the control panel. The Ice Machine will start to make ice cubes when the water reaches the standard level on the water tank through the electromagnetic water valve. The symbol will change to a solid light and the Ice cube symbol will start rotating.

Adjusting Ice Thickness

• To adjust the ice thickness, press the “+” or “-” button on the control panel.
• The number at the bottom left of the display shows the time setting of the ice making with the default “0”.
• Press the “+” button once to add one minute at a time, and the ice cubes will be thicker. Press the “-” button once to reduce one minute at a time, and the ice cubes will be thinner.

NOTE: The adjustment only affects the next and subsequent ice making cycles.

Question:	Is there an on/off switch? how do you turn it off
Answer:	Confirm you have the inlet water line installed correctly (there is a dust plug in the inlet that needs to be removed first). If you've done that, confirm you have sufficient water pressure to meet the unit's requirements. If you've done that, then it sounds like your water pump isn't working inside the machine or the 'full ice bin' lever is broken/set in the full position.

Question:	Can I keep ice in the ice maker
Answer:	There are only 2 sizes and both are still fairly small. The biggest is about 1” tall by 3/4” round.
Question:	Does every new ice machine have to sit for 24 hours
Answer:	There is no drawer. The only way to access the ice is through the lid on the top. This is the case with every portable ice maker I have seen. I love this ice maker!

Answer:	Yes but it has hard time Filling up because it’s sensitive one little ice cube get stuck on the drop off Tray and he thinks the bucket is full Kinda have to monitor it to make sure it’s filling up or the ice will melt and start all over not sure what the issue is but I’m hoping for a replacement product or a refund
