Question:	Is this compatible with a shark vacuum
Answer:	Most online videos suggest going from the outside, but some from the inside. Regardless, you for sure want to disconnect the house from the wall and pull out the machine, because you will need to pull out the lint that you clean and you might want to clean the flexible house as well. I had to do mine from both the inside and outside, because there was some type of obstruction in the pipe that I was hitting. Hope this helps...
Question:	This says 2 pack, what does that mean? Does it mean 2 sets
Answer:	Yes, mine came with a drill adapter. Fore warning you will need a pair of pliers to remove it from the rod after using. I found it easiest to hold the last rod with the pliers and put the drill in reverse. Make sure you have a good grip because you don’t want the rods going in reverse when they are still in the pipes. There is a chance you could unscrew one of the rods in the middle causing the brush to get stuck in the pipe.

Answer:	I have the 18 footer, and it comes in 18 sections which are each about 12 inches long. So I'm assuming the 24 foot one would have 24 sections at a foot long each. It's a great tool...works well. But do know that it tightens itself when used and will require you to use two sets of pliers to counter-turn each rod to take it apart. Well worth it, tho, when you see what you can spin out of that dryer chute!

Answer:	It's approx. 1/2" thick. It fit under our stove just fine (which we have about a 1 1/2" clearance) but would not fit under our refrigerator or washer/dryer. But if you have 3/4" to 1" clearance --- you just be just fine. Good luck.

Answer:	If you have a hose it will work. There are adapters if you hose is a different size then normal. It wont go under any of my appliances, but it works nicely under the sofa and cabinet type furniture.

Question:	I just received this product, the hood doesnt seem to snap on, or stay in place. What am i missing
Answer:	The pieces all should line up. Check the edges to see the clip / contact points. Either that or maybe you have a defective unit. Had no issues with mine, but did need to check to make sure I assembled them together correctly
Question:	Is there room between the base plate and the louvered section to put a honeycomb mesh
Answer:	Not exactly sure what you are trying to do, but let me try to explain. If you are wanting to add the mesh as a means of keeping smaller things that can fit through the plastic grate, yes you can. This unit comes in 3 pieces that combine together as 1, so you can put the mesh in different spots if you want. Note you will definitely need check / clean it very often if adding a fine mesh as it will build up lint fast.
Question:	What is the distance between the centers of the screw holes, particularly the ones closer to the outside edge
Answer:	Put the cover over the vent and center it equally spaced on all sides of the vent. Take a pencil mark the screw slots on all 4 sides of the cover. Then drill a hole about 2/3rds the size of the screws in all 4 marks. Then start the bottom hole screw. Slide the bottom in place and tighten that xcrew, then place each screw in the next slot and tighten it. Do the next until all screws are in place and you are done.
Question:	Is the color off white
Answer:	No. They’re white.

Answer:	4" -- you see 4.5" inches because that's with the packaging, which is unrelated to the size of the product contained within.
