How to use it on PS4?

1. Please test it with your cell-phone before apply the headset on your PS4, to make sure it works well.

2. Insert the headset with 3.5mm jack plug into the Gamepad

3. Then long press the PS4 button or enter the System Settings, there is a peripheral machines choose "Adjust Sound and Devices", "Output to the headphones", then change it to "All audio". If you have the audio on the "All Audio" setting you can, but if it's set to "Chat Audio" you can only hear form the side with the mic.

Answer:	If you want to use this on an Xbox One wirelessly, YOU MUST GET THE XBOX ONE VERSION. According to the support documents, the Xbox One version has a tiny switch on the adapter. When you want to plug it into the Xbox, you switch it to "Xbox". Switch, PS4, etc., all work when the adapter is set to "USB". However, the Arctis 1 headsets that are not labeled Xbox do not have that switch and therefore cannot be used with the Xbox.

AND gives you the power to mute your mic, turn superhuman hearing on or off, bass boost on or off, and volume up or down on in game sounds as well as party chat volume (for when you have that one annoying friend breathing in his mic or sneezes and forgets to mute it and you go deaf, or for the squeaker that won't stop singing his bad taste in music. Answer:	No the Voyager 5200 comes with a micro USB charge cable. Also, sold separate, is a charge case designed for the Voyager 5200.

Answer:	The Voyager 5200 and 5220 both say that they are Bluetooth 4.1 (see the Plantronics website for the official product specifications), but the Voyager 5200 UC says that it is "Blutooth 5.0 with BLE" I don't see any Voyagers newer than that on the Plantronics web site.

Answer:	No it does not. Currently (Dec. 2018) the Xbox does not support USB microphones.

Answer:	The Razer Seiren X uses a 5/8 thread thread mount to mount to it's base. Some arms may need a 3/8 to 5/8 adapter in order to mount this microphone.

Answer:	simply put, you get the same quality sound that you find in other gaming headsets that cost $150 and more. and thats not just a opinion.. the tech. specs. for these speak for themselves.. they are 20-20Khz.. thats the perfect sound range for human hearing and what most professional gaming headsets are.. please.. dont believe me,look for yourself, thats what i did and how i found this out.. i was shocked. these are actually a little better than the $200 logitech pro i was using that broke.. the hearing sensitivity is 2.4db better and thats astonishing!!
