Answer:	The other answers say it isn't backlit because of the battery. That's dumb. The K800 is another logitech wireless keyboard with high-quality led lighting that's triggered by you getting close to it and it runs on 2 AA batteries. LEDs are not exactly power hungry components, especially if you don't do per-key lighting. Although, I do have a mechanical RGB-lit wireless mech keyboard and it lasts a week or two between charges. I won't be buying the G613 until they add at least some basic backlighting for working in the dark.

Answer:	it is absolutely appropriate for my office. i work in a cubical smack dab in the middle of the office, and NO ONE has even noticed that my G613 is too loud or even sounds different from any of their wried keyboards. the Romper G keys that this keyboard comes with supposedly feel like "cherry MX brown" keys, which supposedly arent too loud. I bought this from best buy and have no idea how it sounded, i was nervous to bring it in, but i literally typed this answer on the G613 and still, no ones said a thing after a solid month with it., TRY brown keys before you buy. if you like the feel, then buy this because its decent.

How to use it on PS4?

Question:	I plugged the usb in to my pc, the headset light is on, but my windows never detected the headset. any idea
Answer:	Hi Customer, Here are some directions: 1. Note that the USB jack is designed for lighting up the headset only. To make the audio work, you'll need to plug in the analogue jacks. 2. If your computer contains mic and audio separate jacks, make sure the 2 in 1 splitter is plugged into the correct jack respectively. If your computer only contains one jack, the 2 in 1 splitter needs to be disconnected. 3. Also don't forget to switch off the mute button on the audio cable. : ) And also try to turn off all the devices and restart again to see if it makes a difference. Question:	Is it suitable wearing it for a long time
Answer:	I think so. I bought some headsets before, but this one is the most comfortable. When I first get them they are snug, but gradually loosen up after using for a period of time. Now I wear them all the day at weekends and they don't hurt. If you wanna a comfortable gaming headset, I would recommend this one.

Answer:	I've owned for several months, and am still very happy with it. Mic quality is still great, my D2 clan mates are very pleased with it's performance, especially compared to my previous headset, lol. The wire is actually a bit long for my taste, not sure why 6ft is necessary, but I haven't had any issues with it. The headset can feel a bit heavy after long play sessions, but it's super cushy, so that helps. I shave my head, so most headsets end up digging into my scalp and becoming very uncomfortable after only a short period of time, but this one stays comfy even after several straight hours of playtime. Sound quality is GREAT. On par with much more expensive Turtle Beach headsets that I've owned in the past.

Answer:	Honestly I don't like them. I barely use them I like the old design better. More padding. These things are thinner with less padding. After about an hour they start to hurt my ears.
Question:	How does it charge? Is it possible to connect to a wire if I wanted to play games with minimal audio latency
Answer:	Yes you can. You can party chat both wirelessly when the headset is fully charged and you can still use party chat while plugged in charging the headset; I’ve done so myself.

Answer:	Hi Ryan - if you have an older Xbox One controller without the 3.5mm headphone jack, you will need to get an Xbox One Headset Adapter.

Answer:	Aside from the color, the Recon 50 package includes an audio/mic splitter cable for PC use. The Recon 50P and 50X packages do not include that cable.

Question:	Does anyone know why the mic won't work on my son's switch only my son switch
Answer:	On The Switch You may have to go settings and adjust “Mic Monitoring”. Turn the mic volume up. It’s weird and annoying but happens with most gaming systems the first time a headset is introduced. Good luck.
