Answer:	The balance board is made of wood. We haven’t had any issues with it.

Answer:	It's sturdy AF and kinda heavy so it doesn't slide around your desk. I've had mine for several months now and haven't noticed any issues. It is very satisfying to type on. I really enjoy the clicky blue switches. I play all sorts of games including FPSs and unlike the other person who answered it doesn't bother me at all to play games on this awesome KB. I've been told by coworkers that I'm NOT light/gentle on my keyboard but I also type hella fast. If you type fast and aren't light on the fingers this KB will create a noticeable din. The RGB is well lit and I had fun playing with all the light features including the one memory slot to completely customize every single keycap's light. You cannot custom animate the light for each key but the pre-installed options available seem plenty since you can cycle through all the colors including one option for all the colors and this works well on all the different animations. For example, there's a matrix style 'rain' animation which you could keep as classic green or the other several colors available, OR you can go all colors in which case you'll see the rain animation but each drop is changing color as it moves down the keys and the lingering/fading trails are also going through RGB.

Answer:	There are 2 distinct aspects to this: There is an audible click like the Cherry Blue-s or their clones. Depending on the switch used. the keyboard and the keycap, this may start out really pleasing, or you ( or your frields at the next desk) may get tired of it. Then there is a tactile bump. Most people like this. The sound itself has 2 components: The click, which is high pitched, and the "tock" as the key is hitting the keybed. This is a flat, unpleasant sound to most. The click and the tock combine into a single noise as you hit the key(s) typically pretty fast. So you end up with a "Thck" sound. After a while, some people who like the Cherry blue type clicky keyboards end up wanting something tactile, but a bit quieter. I found through experimentation, that I can eliminate the 2nd component, the bottom-out "tock" by adding o-rings to the keycap stems. Either a 0.4mm. or double 0.2mm rings. This brings the Cherry blue sound into a more civilized and pleasant realm. This is where I am at, Tried some quiet tactile switches , e.g. Halo Clear-s , and those are not tactile enough for me. I modeified a couple of keybpards ) A coolermaster 10kless that came with genuine cherry blues, and the K552 ( which came with the Outemu blue Cherry mx blue clones. Added the o-rings, and the result is quite satisfying. Still clicky, but overall more quiet and pleasant sounding. The Captain O-ring 0.4mm blue o-rings qoeked well for me. Talking abuot sounds, the K552 ( and also its full size brother, the K551) adds a metallic ringing echo to the key sound.

Answer:	The key caps are indeed removable but look out for the size and type of key cap you will need. I can’t remember what type of key board this is (i believe it was blue?) so be sure to get what ever size key cap you will need for this type. And also remember to get a key cap remover!

Answer:	nothing in documentation says how (or that you can) do that beyond changing the rgb colours. The eagletec website has a manual (one sheet) with those instructions

Answer:	As of November 2019, the keyboard is available on Amazon with Cherry red, blue, brown, or speed silver switches. There is also a "silent red" option that I can't find any information on--my guess is it comes with rubber o-rings pre-installed under the key caps to reduce noise if you bottom out the keys when you type.

Question:	Can the key switches be changed
Answer:	The key switches can be changed. This device ships with 1 keycap puller 1 key switch puller and 4 mechanical non-clicking tactile keys to replace I'm assuming WASD for silent keys. The cost to purchase new key switches and replace all of them is probably more than this keyboard is worth. I would suggest purchasing a more expensive and name brand keyboard with keys you want already in it if that is your goal. Corsair, G-skill, Razer and several others have RGB keyboards with several options. If are looking for an inexpensive RGB keyboard that is aesthetically pleasing and doesn't have all the bells and whistles a name brand keyboard has, this is an excellent on ne and I highly recommend it.
Question:	Can keys be set to a specific color of your choosing? As in select different separate colors for each key as you wish
Answer:	To change the color of each individual key, press FN and then press 1 through 5 (not the ones on the numpad, the ones above the letters and such) with each of the number 1-5 representing a different save slot. So you can only have 5 custom saves at a time. Once you press FN and then the save slot that you want to override, press FN + Home. You will notice that the lights for the number lock, caps lock, and scroll lock are now flashing. This means that the keyboard is in custom mode, to change the individual colors of the keys, press the keys, and it will cycle through all of the seven colors of the keyboard (including off) . The computer will still recognize the changing of the key colors as keystrokes, so make sure you are on like a notepad document when you change the colors so you don't mess up anything that might be important when you are randomly pressing keys to change the color. There are many fun combinations of colors for your keyboard that you can find online such as eSport team themed colors (Which is what I have currently.) Have fun! :D

Answer:	It works 100% like you'd think. Completely plug in and go.
Question:	I have to disconnect and reconnect the keyboard How do I solve this to not do it
Answer:	I am having the same issue and I'm glad to hear I'm not the only one. Surprisingly little information about the issue out there. I got a replacement keyboard today and it is still doing the same thing. To elaborate on the issue a bit: If the keyboard is plugged in when the computer is off, then when the computer is turned on, the keyboard does the expected light-up sequence, but right around the windows splash screen, the keyboard lights go out and it becomes completely non-responsive. Unplugging the keyboard and plugging it back in seems to solve the problem, but it has to be done after windows boots, every time. So far I've tried this on 6 windows 10 computers and only one of them does not exhibit this issue. The one computer that worked was an older version of windows 10. I suspect this is related to the keyboard and mouse driver issue that Microsoft had back in Feb 2018, but it was supposedly fixed in March. I have a number of other keyboards that are all working fine on these machines. I'm honestly surprised so few other people are having this issue. Perhaps there was a recent hardware revision.
Question:	I've had this keyboard for 3 months and now the spacebar is acting as a random key. Did anyone else have this issue
Answer:	No but my 'X' key sometimes does nothing or multiple presses can be quite annoying, I asked the seller about it and the only response I got was 'Did you try another OS'
Question:	What's the difference between rgb backlight and rainbow led backlight
Answer:	Rainbow means that it is a constant rainbow color, you can't change it. RGB means that you can choose any color for any key.
