There is no HD rumble, no SR/SL buttons (the little shoulder buttons in split screen table top mode), no infrared, no battery, and it only works when attached to the screen in handheld mode.

Answer:	It's much easier to carry if the cord detaches, it's bad for wires to wrap around controllers like we usually do when carrying them.. You can also replace the cord easily if it should get damaged. You can also use any Micro-USB to USB cord that fits.

Answer:	there was never a gamecube game that required that input, nor was it possible on both original and smash controllers. There's no chance that this will have that functionality.
