Question:	Is there a guide on how to install them? I don’t want to damage my joycons
Answer:	Yes there are several guides on YouTube and through a quick google search. The important thing is to remember not to rush things, and not to pull things apart that you didn't mean to. When connecting and disconnecting the cable from the stick remember to flip up the little flap on board connection and that it doesn't click in place or anything. Make sure not to lose any of the little screws either. All of the tools you need are supplied in this pack too so you don't need to get anything special.
Question:	How difficult is this? Is there soldering? Do I need an engineering degree

Answer:	You have togo in settings to calibrate it

Answer:	They aren't proprietary if that's what your driving at.. and whatever size they are... The set comes with the tools needed for the job! If I'm not mistaken they're a very small Phillips.

Question:	Are there instructions i plan on doing this my own. And i am not very tech smart

Answer:	Installed on my left Joycon. Left/right went dead within a couple of hours of play.

Answer:	I believe the NFC reader is bellow the motherboard of the right joycon, and is not actually integrated into the analog itself. So yes, it should most certainly work.

Answer:	To answer my own question, I bought two, putting away the extra in case I have anymore drift issues. But they are identical to the original stick, I calibrated and it works great!!! The stick I replaced the old one with even clicks better than the original..(which had a soft click when I first bought it) Yay!!!
