Answer:	I’ve never had an issue. If you had the stand over the top, there’s no way it’ll fall out.

Answer:	Honestly, IMO, no. I don't believe the Switch would be well-protected by this grip, should it fall. (Heaven forbid!) It isn't meant to protect the NS though anyway. Leastwise, I don't think so. However, that being said, I do agree (somewhat) with "Nintendo Switch 86"; the grip grips your console snugly, especially in tandem with the kickstand wrapped on top, so that if you should drop it on yourself or onto a soft surface (like a couch or bed), it ought to be fine. No worries!
Question:	will it scuff my joy cons or console
Answer:	I've been using this particular grip for almost two weeks and, nope, there haven't been any lasting scuffs, scratches, marks, nicks or otherwise. Granted, I have only taken it off twice or thereabouts to check, and it should be taken into account that I use a decal skin on the backside of the console. Speaking of which, the grip has left indents on the decal sticker, but they're not bad, TBH. When I first popped open the box and tested out the grip, upon removal there was one tiny black mark on the back of the right Joy-Con, but just a few moments ago, upon remembering it, I rubbed it with my thumb and - voila! - it disappeared! Good as new. If you plan on using the kickstand feature as such or as an added precautionary measure over the top of your NS, using either method in rotation quite often (which, personally, I do), you might notice an oddly whitish scuff atop the console, but, again, just wipe it away with your finger and you're golden! Sorry for the wall of text! I only hope it helps you and others reading my answer.

Because the HORI d-pad controller is slightly larger with a more protruded L button, if you try to use the GripCase with it, the L button is going to stick down after the first time you press it. It's not just the GripCase, though. Even my AmazonBasics hardshell carry case has a tough time fitting the Switch when I have the d-pad controller attached.

Question:	Will this case fit the hori dpad joycon? the dpad joycon is slightly thicker and doesn’t fit in my rds case
Answer:	No it doesn’t. Anderson speaks as someone that doesn’t have a hori D-pad. I have one and it doesn’t fit. It fit half way but then gets stuck.
Question:	This product ships from hong kong
Answer:	Hi Kenneth, Right now, to avoid stocking out, we are fulfilling through Hong Kong yes. That’s correct. We were faced with the choice of no fulfillment or fulfill through HK. But we still hold the same delivery time as we did when we fulfilled in the US. A small bump in the road when shifting from US to HK, but we’re on track to be ajour now. Question:	Is the main difference between the slim and the elite cases, the lack of space for the battery
Answer:	Yes. If you’re not looking to charge it in the case, I’d get the slim. The big case is quite big. I’m a Kickstarter backer and love the product (I can’t play the Switch without it now), but would have definitely preferred the slim case.

Answer:	Hi Vill, Thank you for your question, we’ve gotten similar questions earlier via mail so it’s good that we get to answer it here publicly. We don’t offer the case just by itself and so far there hasn’t been much demand for it to be sold separate. But that might change in the future, but as it is now we don’t have any plans to sell it individually. Answer:	You don't need to charge it for use. The power comes from console. You may compared to hori split pad. As long as you turn on Pro Controller Wired Communication, it is plug-and-play. MUST SELECT WIRED CONTROLLER FUNCTION IN CONSOLE SETTING Select "Settings - Controllers and Sensors - Pro Controller Wired Communication"
Question:	How well do the gyro and rumble features work compared to those of original Nintendo Joy-Cons
Answer:	The rumble is not too intense. Definitely more than the Nintendo joy-cons.

Answer:	Good day to you, once you snap this in place it will not fall out from the controller case groove, It’s locked it for sure. You can be worry free about tilting this upside down without anything happening. Nice question was worried about that myself but this works super clean.
