Atlus is a well-known video game developer and publisher, and they have released several notable titles for the Nintendo 3DS handheld gaming console. Here are some key points about Atlus games for the Nintendo 3DS:
Persona Series: Atlus is perhaps most famous for its "Persona" series, which has a significant presence on the Nintendo 3DS. "Persona Q: Shadow of the Labyrinth" and "Persona Q2: New Cinema Labyrinth" are spin-off titles that blend the "Persona" universe with gameplay elements from the "Etrian Odyssey" series. These games feature dungeon exploration, turn-based combat, and a diverse cast of characters from various "Persona" games.

Titles like "Shin Megami Tensei IV" and "Shin Megami Tensei: Devil Summoner - Soul Hackers" offer traditional Japanese role-playing game (JRPG) experiences, complete with demon negotiation, turn-based battles, and intricate stories.
Etrian Odyssey: The "Etrian Odyssey" series, known for its first-person dungeon-crawling gameplay, is another franchise from Atlus that made its way to the 3DS. These games require players to map out dungeons as they explore, adding a unique element of cartography to the JRPG experience. Titles like "Etrian Odyssey IV: Legends of the Titan" and "Etrian Odyssey V: Beyond the Myth" are among the entries available on the 3DS.
Radiant Historia: Perfect Chronology: This is a remake of the original "Radiant Historia" game, featuring enhanced graphics, voice acting, and additional story content. It combines turn-based combat with time-traveling mechanics and a rich narrative.

Question: | Hey im thinking of buying this game but im a little worried to. is the main story long and is there alot of extra stuff to do after the story |
Answer: | depends. it advises you can take as much time as you want. so you can go through as fast or as slow as possible and there is multiple endings so it does have a good replay ability. |
Question: | How likely is this game to be sold out/out of stock if I want to pre-order it later since I still want to be able to get the pre-order bonus |
Answer: | I don't think this is kind of game that will have a ton of pre-orders, except for people that really have researched or know the game. It is one of those games that will probably be hard to find a physical copy after it's been released because it won't really be re-stocked. It'll be one of those games that about a month or two after it comes out, will probably have a jacked up price on Amazon , available on the e-shop and not on store shelves. But if you're planning to pre-order in say March/Early April it should be fine. |
Question: | Where is Conception |
Answer: | It was a PSP game that never got localized, but far as I know there are independent stories so we're free to buy this one without any problem. |

Stella Glow is strategy RPG for the Nintendo 3DS system developed by Image epoch (Luminous Arc franchise). The game centers around Alto and his childhood friend Lisette as they try to stop Hilda the Witch of Destruction, and features unique "Song Magic." The game will contain English voices, but with the 20+ songs are in their original Japanese, performed by some of Japan's most beloved voice actresses. As most reluctant heroes do, Stella Glow-protagonist Alto starts as a country boy in a small town. One day, he hears a song coming from the forest (which is odd, since song has been absent on the planet for thousands of years), where he discovers the lone Hilda. But after the chance encounter, Hilda reveals she's the Witch of Destruction, determined to destroy the world with her Harbingers. As Hilda is about to destroy Alto's hometown, he and Lisette are rescued by the Royal Knights and whisked back safely to the kingdom. Alto joins the 9th Regiment for the sole purpose of gathering the other Witches to stop Hilda.
- Song Magic: Famous Japanese voice actors sing more than 20 songs in the game. Plus, the soundtrack is composed by Yasunori Mitsuda (Chrono Trigger, Xenogears). The songs are part of Song Magic - a vital combat and story element.
- Players will get an allotment of Free Time where they can upgrade or buy items, tune Witches' hearts, explore, and grind experience, but that's in limited supply as Combat Time will drive along the game's story.
- Stella Glow will have 40-60 hours of story and side quest content, with multiple endings, New Game+ mode, and more than 50 maps to battle on, the world of Stella Glow is rich and vibrant with tons to do!
- From the team behind the classic Luminous Arc games comes a brand new IP with the same renowned strategic combat.

Question: | Is there any confirmation that this is the launch edition with the cloth poster and OST |
Answer: | Yes, it's the launch edition. Even if you don't preorder, if you order quickly enough after - you may still get a launch copy. I did with Etrian Odyssey IV's launch copy, and it was months after it'd released. |
Question: | Why is this |
Answer: | It's a 40 hour game with lots of side quests |
Question: | is it still selling the launch edition? and if you order the one for 38.99 from amazon does it include launch day items |
Answer: | Hello. Thank you for your question. Some sellers (including myself) do sell the launch edition. However, the best way to know is1) make sure the seller clearly has stated 'launch edition' next to their listing or2) contact any individual seller (including Amazon) to see if they are still selling the launch edition.Because the game came out so many months ago, chances may be slim that Amazon themselves is still selling the launch edition. But you can always contact them, it never hurts :)I hope this helps answer your question.Best Wishes,AshP.S. The launch edition I have for sale is in excellent condition and will be shipped securely in bubble wrap inside a box. It is the last one I have. If you are interested in seeing any pictures of it, feel free to contact me please. |
Question: | I'm thinking of buying the game, is it it English or Japanese |
Answer: | It's in English. The witches songs are in Japaneese. But, it adds a nice touch, and the soundtrack to this game is one of the best. Try it, I haven't switched a game in my 3DS XL in a while, trying to finish this one. It has a lot of gameplay (hours) I'm at 70 so far. And you make your own storyline. |

Question: | Is this compatible with north american 3ds |
Answer: | it was not strong enough to keep my ps4 from overheting and dying :-( |
Question: | does it have the option for Japanese |
Answer: | For me there wasn't so nope it's all free :) |
Question: | Should I get this game first or Shin Megami Tensei 4? I've never played a Shin Megami Tensei game before |
Answer: | I have no idea I bought this as a gift did not take any surveys on this item |
Question: | Is the battle system like Fire Emblem meets SMT? I can't really tell how heavy the "Tactical" RPG elements are |
Answer: | I would think so. Logitech makes great products and everything I have purchased from them supports the games I play. I am now using a Logitech "Driving Force GT" wheel and it works great. The game itself has a lot of flaws in it, however when it works properly it is both a challenge and a lot of fun. One of the big problems with the game is the person or persons who programed the game are not race fans therefore some of the things that happen in the game make no sense. For example I have been in wrecks where I was on my roof and came back to finish in the top ten. However the wheel works great and I recommend you buy it if you are in the market.Richard |

The SMT series later spun off several sub series, including Persona, Devil Summoner, Devil Survivor, Digital Devil Saga, and the standalone Strange Journey. This new RPG is considered the fourth in the Shin Megami Tensei mainline series. In 1492, the kingdom of East Mikado is protected by high walls, with the castle and its king at the center. A young warrior, 18 years old, has just been chosen to become a Samurai, one who, with the aid of a special tool called a Gauntlet, will serve as a secret protector of the city. It is the duty of the Samurai to exterminate a demon threat of which its citizens are unaware. However, the situation is not as simple as human versus demon; There are factions within the human group that must be discovered and understood in order for alliances to be formed, paths set, and the destiny of the world decided.

User questions & answers
Question: | I know a few of these games don't have the option to have a boy or girl character. Does this one give you that option or are you stuck being male |
Answer: | I do not believe you can change the gender of your character, or even customize your character at all. You are stuck male, because the his face is used within the story when the characters talk to each other. But I may be wrong, because I haven't played this game in quite a while. I hope this helped. |
Question: | Is this a good introduction to the Shin Megami Tensei series? I've never played Shin Megami Tensei before |
Answer: | It is a good game to start to enjoy the series it explains the mechanics really well and even has a few options to make playing easier if you are not used to the series' difficulty. Not playing the other games before this one is fine this one is an independent story and is a good time all around. |
Question: | Is this game timed like Persona 3-4? I have only played those two games in this series and each day is one you can't get back because the story depends on dates. Is this game the same way or is is a completely open world? I wish they had a demo up |
Answer: | Its does become "open world" but not "free roam" if you understand the difference , and theres alot of DLC I got with this game which EXPANDS the options even more. Its already one hell of a game and the most mature in the series to-date ! |
Question: | Shin Megami Tensei or Bravely Default |
Answer: | The first guy above makes a bias comparison that shows he's either never played the game or he never got past the minotaur and quit. Here's the thing about the two games, if you've played final fantasy then you should already be familiar with bravely default. SMT however is a bit more tricky and advanced. Take the monster collecting and type casting of pokemon and throw in hardcore difficulty along with an atmospheric soundtrack that blends well with the environment and that's SMT or in short if you're familiar with persona then SMT is the older and more mature but difficult and more rewarding bigger brother. |

The next entry of the Etrian Odyssey Untold series is essentially two games in one - the first, a Nintendo 3DS update to Etrian Odyssey 2: Heroes of Laggard (released on Nintendo DS) with new dungeon layouts, new graphics, and system improvements from the recent Etrian Odyssey Untold. The second is the Untold portion - a brand new story mode with a fixed party, voiced dialogue, and animated cut scenes that follows the bittersweet tale of the Fafnir Knight and Princess Arianna. Like Persona Q, the Untold portion of the game has a strong focus on characters and their interactions as the story about the Fafnir Knight and Princess Arianna unfolds as they adventure forth into the ruins of Ginnungagap and the Yggdrasil Labyrinth with the hero Flavio and the two mysterious adventurers, Bertrand and Chloe.
- Creatures of Comfort: Etrian Odyssey 2 Untold has a level of refinement that could only come from seven iterations of the game.
- Brand New Additions: Etrian Odyssey 2 Untold features a brand new character class called the Fafnir.
- Bring a Blanket: Just as in Etrian Odyssey Untold and Persona Q, in addition to normal difficulty, players can choose Picnic mode for a low-difficulty experience, or the veterans amongst them can choose Expert mode for a punishing play-through.

Question: | I never played any etrian odyssey games, i give them a try? and this come with the artbook and the cd music |
Answer: | Seller's Answer YES. A small heating problem of PS4 can be complicated. 1. First of all, we wish your PS4's internal CPU fan works smooth and sound. This external added-on fan will not solve a problem caused by internal CPU fan. 2. This fan will help to suck the hot air out of the PS4 chassis. It will not dramatically decrease the temperature of PS4 since we balanced its air flow and noise. 3. It will help in long run, especially for long session of heavy games in summer. 4. For internal CPU heating problem, plz go to the repair kit prepared by ElecGear: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07H8W7LNY |
Question: | Can I have one save slot for Story and one for Classic mode? Or Is this like Millennium Girl were you can only have one save slot period |
Answer: | Seller's Answer This add-on cooling fan can work with most PS4 vertical stand. Send us the pic of your stand if you're not sure. |
Question: | Do you have to play Millennium Girl to continue the story line or is it a completely different story |
Answer: | Send a message contacting the seller through your purchase. |
Question: | Does the amazon pre-order include the pre-order bonuses like gamestop has |
Answer: | Sorry, our ps4 cooling fan only fits PS4, and it doesn't fit PS4 pro or PS4 slim. |
Question: | Does this play on the non-3D Nintendo |
Answer: | If the PS4 is inside a closed entertainment center and doesn't have access to cooler air, the fan won't really help. If the PS4 is open to room air, the fan works well to draw a greater volume of cool air through the unit. |

User questions & answers
Question: | Is this only for the "new" 3ds or will it play on the old 3ds as well |
Answer: | It'll work on on the old 3ds as well |
Question: | is this a turn based rpg |
Answer: | Yes, It's a turn based rpg with dungeon crawling elements in an apocalyptic setting. |
Question: | I know it's not required, but would you recommend completing SMT IV before venturing into this game |
Answer: | If you're in for the lore yes it would be better to complete SMT IV, because there are plenty of nods and tie ins in this game. If you're not into that, you can enjoy SMT IV: Apocalypse as its own self-contained adventure. As I'm a lore addict, for me it wasn't even an option, I HAD to play SMT IV first to get to know the universe and afterwards get a more in-depth look at the monotheistic/polytheistic conflict shown in SMT IV Apocalypse. |
Question: | Is this an improved version of SMTIV or a sequel |
Answer: | Apocalypse takes during the events of IV. It's supposed to be a fairly standalone-ish game according to Atlus, so it isn't really a sequel but more of another story in the same universe. |

Question: | Will this have a special edition |
Answer: | Only in Japan, I believe. |
Question: | What style of game is this |
Answer: | This is a first person dungeon crawling, monster collecting, Japanese Role Playing game. |
Question: | Are there any other games i need to play in order to properly understand the story |
Answer: | To add on to what others have said, I'll be a bit more specific. For the main series, SMT 1 and 2 (old SNES games) are connected, but self-contained enough that you can play the second without the first. The same for Persona 1 and 2, I believe, a sub-series of SMT that branched into its own thing. SMT 3 and IV (4) are separate basically entirely. You won't even see references to each other. SMT IV also has a direct sequel that bounces off where one of the optional endings goes, changing it entirely; that one is called SMT IV: Apocalypse. IV is good for context, but on a similar note isn't a requirement if you are saving money. SMT IV: Apocalypse also has DLC that brings all of the alternate universes together, with SMT 1, 2, 3 and IV's protagonists coming together to beat the game's hardest boss. Now Strange Journey, to my knowledge, was planned as a mainline SMT game (like 1, 2, 3 and 4), but sort of became a spin-off. It plays like the others, but has its own self-contained story. Persona 3, 4 and 5 are all in the same universe and have small nods to each other here and there, usually in the form of a character or two meeting each other. Nothing crucial. Persona 1 and 2's characters are referenced in Persona 3, but it's unclear if it's just references or the same universe. ...hope that isn't too confusing. Long story short, you can get away with playing just about any of the SMT games without touching the others. Even the spin-off titles don't really require it. I hope you enjoy the series. They are all fantastic games. |

It's time to start high school at Shujin Academy in Persona 5, so be prepared for all the danger and drama of the non-conformist teenage life with the PlayStation 4 exclusive “Take Your Heart” Premium Edition. Rebelling against the man requires the right tools and style, and this premium edition has what the disaffected youth needs to do it. The game disc will be encased in a SteelBook featuring a bold design inspired by the game's theme of teenage rebellion. Also included is a CD featuring a selection of the game's unforgettably catchy acid jazz soundtrack from legendary composer Shoji Meguro. Plus there is a hardcover art book full of concept sketches, character art, and more by character designer Shigenori Soejima. Exclusive to this set is a 4-inch plush of Morgana the cat/team member/mascot. Also exclusive is a Japanese-style school bag emblazoned with the Shujin Academy crest. All of these items come in a large collector's edition box that will simply look like a video game to nosey authority figures. Persona 5 is a game about the internal and external conflicts of a group of troubled high school students - the protagonist and a collection of compatriots he meets in the game's story - who live dual lives as Phantom Thieves. They have the typically ordinary day-to-day of a Tokyo high schooler - attending class, after school activities and part-time jobs. But they also undertake fantastical adventures by using otherworldly powers to enter the hearts of people. Their power comes from the Persona, the Jungian concept of the “self”. The game's heroes realize that society forces people to wear masks to protect their inner vulnerabilities, and by literally ripping off their protective masks and confronting their inner selves do the heroes awaken their inner power, and use it to strive to help those in need. Ultimately, the group of Phantom Thieves seek to change their day-to-day world to match their perception and see through the masks modern-day society wears.
- Persona 5 marks the return of the award-winning franchise on home consoles since the PS2 generation

Question: | would this ps4 game from the us work on a uk ps4 console |
Answer: | Hi Johanna, unfortunately I believe all 3DS games are region locked so that it would not function on a European game system. Thanks for looking!Dan |
Question: | who else is excited for this game |
Answer: | It really depends on how well you play. It could be 3 hours to 4.5 it has many worlds and a fun Adventure Time feel. It's like you're really playing as Finn and Jake in the show, rather than weirdly going through dungeons like the other game- yikes. It's got replay ability too because they give you a replay plus mode. It's a fun game, even if you only play through once and then hit up a Play n Trade or Second and Charles. |
Question: | Is Chie most definitely best girl |
Answer: | When i googled it, the answer was no. The cartriges wont fit in a dsi. Sorry |

Answer: | You should have an option in the menu screen to display all words in spanish. ( I am assuming based off your spanish name) |

Your days are numbered. This is a chilling reminder that the apocalypse is upon us. Exclusive to the Nintendo 3DS handheld system, Shin Megami Tensei: Devil Survivor 2 Record Breaker offers more than 100 hours of gameplay and plot -- nearly double the content of the original Devil Survivor 2. It also includes fully voiced English story dialogue, giving new depth to the cast of Devil Survivor 2's original story. Record Breaker requires no knowledge of the story from the original Devil Survivor, so newcomers to the series won't lack any crucial plot information. Just before the heralding of the apocalypse, when life was normal, some thrill-seekers were registering on a website that promised to deliver fake videos of their friends being killed. As people wondered what these videos could mean, an invasion began and humanity was forced to face a struggle to survive in an unprecedented catastrophe. For the main character and his friends, they stand up for humanity when the very same website uploads an application on their cell phones, summoning demons. From there, newly minted demon tamers begin the fight to survive and save the future of mankind, but the protagonist's decisions aren't without consequences. What he chooses may save the lives of his friends, or seal their fate.
- Tactical Combat with a Side of Demon Fusion: The elements that make the Devil Survivor series great are back and better than ever with robust, turn-based strategic combat.
- Choose Your Own Fate: The line between life and death is razor-thin. Actions have their consequences, and in the wake of the apocalypse, a wrong choice can result in the permanent death of a character.
- New Personalities to Discover: For the first time, Devil Survivor 2 is getting fully voiced English story dialogue.
