Question:	What is the difference (besides aesthetic) between the Legacy and the 2019 Edition
Answer:	From my understanding the ear ups are not meant to be swapped out. I’m sure there is a way to mod them. But I ended up selling mine because the stock ear cups were not thick enough and the driver pressed up on my ear and caused pain after a few min. If the drivers were angled it would have been so bad but I couldn’t deal with the ear pain they caused.

Answer:	It's not flawless in my experience. Once or twice every hour the connection drops for a few minutes. The speed over the powerline is not great either.

Answer:	It comes with 2 quality ethernet wires.

Answer:	50% chance. Most homes have 2 power lines and each breaker alternates power lines. If both breakers are on the same power line it will work. So one device on breaker #2 and the second on breaker #4 should work. Ditto for 1 and 3. If the two devices do not work you can have an electrician come in and "move" the breaker from one slot to another. Another solution is to have an electrician come in and install capacitors across the two lines. This is inexpensive and will allow the devices to work no matter what breaker you put it on.

Answer:	Yes, you get two adapters in the order. One plugs to the modem and the wall outlet, the other plugs to the router and the wall outlet. They even supply the cords you need for plugging into the modem and the router. That was a pleasant surprise. They are not super long, so if you need a longer cord you'll need to buy your own, but the one supplied was fine for my set up. On a side note, I just changed Internet providers and the modem was moved to a different room. I just moved the adapter to that new room, plugged it all up and it stayed paired. I didn't even need to redo that step. I'm very impressed with this product. Always be sure to plug this adapter directly to the wall and not a power strip. The modem plug can be on a power strip, just not the adapters themselves.

How to use it on PS4?

Answer:	I have been successfully using this for Teams and Google Hangout. Since it's wireless and driverless, it functions as any other headphones and mic would.

Answer:	http://driver.jeecoo.com is the proper software. It can be tricky to get the device to be recognized but try installing software before ever plugging in headset. It'll prompt for you to plug in. Let windows do it's generic install then click ok to try to find the headphones in the install software. Once in- little tip. Right click the speaker in software to access the real features. Terrible design but great function.

Question:	I plugged the usb in to my pc, the headset light is on, but my windows never detected the headset. any idea
Answer:	Hi Customer, Here are some directions: 1. Note that the USB jack is designed for lighting up the headset only. To make the audio work, you'll need to plug in the analogue jacks. 2. If your computer contains mic and audio separate jacks, make sure the 2 in 1 splitter is plugged into the correct jack respectively. If your computer only contains one jack, the 2 in 1 splitter needs to be disconnected. 3. Also don't forget to switch off the mute button on the audio cable. : ) And also try to turn off all the devices and restart again to see if it makes a difference. Setting configuration: 1.Go to Sound Settings 2.Under "Playback" tab, right-click on your headset and select "Set as Default Device" 3.Under "Recording" tab, right-click on your headset and select "Set as Default Device" ►If it's set as the default device but your PC is still not picking up any sound, try disable any other devices listed that could be interfering the connection. Question:	Is it suitable wearing it for a long time
Answer:	I think so. I bought some headsets before, but this one is the most comfortable. When I first get them they are snug, but gradually loosen up after using for a period of time. Now I wear them all the day at weekends and they don't hurt. If you wanna a comfortable gaming headset, I would recommend this one.
Question:	Is there anyone who has owned this headset for about a month or so still happy with it? Is the wire and overall quality still up to your satisfaction
Answer:	I've owned for several months, and am still very happy with it. Mic quality is still great, my D2 clan mates are very pleased with it's performance, especially compared to my previous headset, lol. The wire is actually a bit long for my taste, not sure why 6ft is necessary, but I haven't had any issues with it. The headset can feel a bit heavy after long play sessions, but it's super cushy, so that helps. I shave my head, so most headsets end up digging into my scalp and becoming very uncomfortable after only a short period of time, but this one stays comfy even after several straight hours of playtime. Sound quality is GREAT. On par with much more expensive Turtle Beach headsets that I've owned in the past.
Question:	How is its mic? Clear enough
Answer:	Yes, it is. I have used it for half a month. My teammate could hear my voice clearly. There was one thing bothered me a lot, his mic usually picked up ambient nose well so I had a bad experience when playing with him. I should have recommended this brand to him.
