Steel series has a pure balanced sound signiture and it does it well. K have had a wide range of high end headphones. Low end. Pure signature, bass boosted, sculpted, so on and I very much enjoy these. I got these cause I'm tight on money rn so these are a high quality low price replacement for my Polk audio strikers zx's which lasted me years and to this day are still the nicest sounding headphones I've used. Answer:	If you want to use this on an Xbox One wirelessly, YOU MUST GET THE XBOX ONE VERSION. According to the support documents, the Xbox One version has a tiny switch on the adapter. When you want to plug it into the Xbox, you switch it to "Xbox". Switch, PS4, etc., all work when the adapter is set to "USB". However, the Arctis 1 headsets that are not labeled Xbox do not have that switch and therefore cannot be used with the Xbox.

Answer:	Hi Customer, Here are some directions: 1. Note that the USB jack is designed for lighting up the headset only. To make the audio work, you'll need to plug in the analogue jacks. 2. If your computer contains mic and audio separate jacks, make sure the 2 in 1 splitter is plugged into the correct jack respectively. If your computer only contains one jack, the 2 in 1 splitter needs to be disconnected. 3. Also don't forget to switch off the mute button on the audio cable. : ) And also try to turn off all the devices and restart again to see if it makes a difference. Question:	Is it suitable wearing it for a long time
Answer:	I think so. I bought some headsets before, but this one is the most comfortable. When I first get them they are snug, but gradually loosen up after using for a period of time. Now I wear them all the day at weekends and they don't hurt. If you wanna a comfortable gaming headset, I would recommend this one.
Question:	Is there anyone who has owned this headset for about a month or so still happy with it? Is the wire and overall quality still up to your satisfaction
Answer:	I've owned for several months, and am still very happy with it. Mic quality is still great, my D2 clan mates are very pleased with it's performance, especially compared to my previous headset, lol. The wire is actually a bit long for my taste, not sure why 6ft is necessary, but I haven't had any issues with it. The headset can feel a bit heavy after long play sessions, but it's super cushy, so that helps. I shave my head, so most headsets end up digging into my scalp and becoming very uncomfortable after only a short period of time, but this one stays comfy even after several straight hours of playtime. Sound quality is GREAT. On par with much more expensive Turtle Beach headsets that I've owned in the past.

Answer:	Yes, it is. I have used it for half a month. My teammate could hear my voice clearly. There was one thing bothered me a lot, his mic usually picked up ambient nose well so I had a bad experience when playing with him. I should have recommended this brand to him.

Answer:	This works well with a 2014 mac air and google voice (and webex, join.me,goto, and skype). Previous answer was correct, you can't answer or hangup with the headset.

Answer:	I'm sorry - I can't answer that; i am using this headset in conjunction with Lync as my desk phone and so the answering is through my computer directly and not through a secondary telephone. I used to have a different wireless headset that would work with the handset lifter...but I can't seem to track that version down. Good luck...sorry I couldn't be more helpful.

Answer:	Yes, it has a two year warranty. I had to replace mine after one year. You will need to register it at http://support.logitech.com/ and provide proof of purchase date. They will do some back and forth on troubleshooting, via their case management system, that comes to you in an email. Once Logitech is satisfied that it really is a hardware issue they will send you a UPS shipping label. You will need to return the broken one and they will ship a new one after they have received the broken one back. After about two weeks it should arrive. I have had my replacement for about two months and no new problems yet.

Answer:	The headset does have a light feature but does not flash, or blink in any certain way. They can be turned on but must be connected to a USB connected

Answer:	You must plug in the USB cable from the headset into the PS4 console in order for the headset to light up. There is no switch, they remain on for the duration they are plugged into the PS4. If you use the 3.5 mm headphone jack and plug it into the controller, they will not turn on. Most likely designed this way so the headset does not drain the battery of the controller.

Can you tolerate the annoying noise of teammates’ microphone?

Our mic is cardioid microphone, which picks up sound well from the front and sides(mouth's position) but poorly from the rear(ambient noise). Question:	Is the volume louder than the stingers
Answer:	Yes, the USB connector is all that is needed to connect the headset to the PC. You attach the headset to to the USB dongle with the 3.5mm jack, and then the dongle to the PC via USB. This allows you to use the built in sound card and 7.1 surround when connected to the PC. The 3.5mm jack is mainly meant to be used when using the headset with a mobile device or with the PS4. I came from the Turtle Beach x12 headset where I needed a USB port, AND audio/mic jack. But with the HyperX Could II, you only need the USB port.
