Answer:	All rechargable batteries would prefer you run them down until they are totally dead, charge them up and then remove them from the charger as soon as they are full. If you want to maximize a rechargable battery's lifetime, this model is always best practice. However the real question is, how much more quickly will they wear out if you, say, just tend to leave them on the charger most of the time? It's sort of a statistical thing. Answer:	As long as the USB is plugged in and the controllers in place it's charging. If you unplug the USB I don't see why you couldn't leave the controllers docked. It shouldn't drain or hurt them. I just leave mine docked and charging all the time.

Answer:	I think you’re asking if you can plug this charger in to the USB port on the Xbox. If so, yes. That’s where mine is plugged in and works perfectly

Answer:	With what comes in the package you'll have to plug it in directly to the Xbox. That being said if you have a charging adapter you can use that instead and plug it into the wall outlet however the USB cable provided is a footlong so I'd recommend at least a five foot cable. PS. This is what I did. I used a charging adapter and 5 foot cable I already had on hand and it works.

Answer:	Well, since I have a shipping scale and you made me wonder... The Fosmon battery weighs 1.3 oz and two AA batteries with the battery cover weigh 1.8 oz. So, exactly what everyone else said: the Fosmon battery is of comparable weight, only a marginal difference, slightly lighter. I doubt the original asker cares 2 years later but for anyone else wondering, there is the definitive answer.

When this happens the battery will not charge past the memory of previous charges. Sometimes using the device over and over you can discharge more and rejuvenate the battery so that you can achieve a more complete charge. On these controller batteries thats difficult to do.

Answer:	No, Xbox One X do not need a Power brick, this items is only Compatible with Xbox One Console
Question:	Why is the battery life so awful
Answer:	Well, It depends on the issue of your Xbox, if it's internal it might be the system itself, I bought this to replace the power box for my Xbox one, it wouldn't even turn on (Note: I had the day one edition). Buying this improved, and helped my Xbox indefinitely to power back on. I recommend it (IF the problem with your Xbox is the powerbox itself)
Question:	Will it Charge an Xbox one S controller
Answer:	I have the older 500gb version and it works fine for me. So I would imagine that it will work for yours also.
