Answer:	Bubble side goes down, that is what heats the pool. Sorry to hear it's not warming up. Sometimes it takes a full week in sun. The top layer of pool water will be warm, you will need to swim and mix the bottom water with top. 🙃

Answer:	I don't see why not. It's just a solar cover. In my case it's on a 24' round above ground pool.

Answer:	I don't know the warranty but I found that this cover is of poor quality. It dosen't lay flat and is difficult to fold
