Answer:	Double check the connection to the docking station first. Second make sure your second monitor is compatible with the the docking station. Keep in mind this supports 4K monitors. Look at how your monitors are configured in Settings in your laptop. It sounds like either your monitor isn’t fully plugged in or compatible or you need to adjust monitor configuration in Settings. I don’t use my monitor display but, have my external monitors set up as display 1 and 2. I close the lid on my laptop, which puts it to sleep of course, then wake it up with my keyboard then work normally with my 2 external monitors. This works quite well.
