Answer:	The other answers to this post are a bit misleading. The middle button is not a dedicated Power button, per say. Not really. It is the "Connection Mode" button. It will turn the controller On but once it is turned on, when you Long Press the button again, it just switches the connection mode to the computer, so the PC recognizes it as a generic USB device rather than an Xbox device. This middle button will NOT turn it off; the controller must time out on it's own. I think this is important to know.
