| Answer: | This can be tricky if you have never seen it. The steering wheel is attached to the front wheels using a compression fit. This is done by using something called a collet. The nut on the top of the wheel as it tightens, moves a tapered shaft into this collet, which expands outward to grip the inside of the tube. If you take the top apart, you can see the collet and how the slots will expand outward as you tighten the nut. It works very well. | Answer: | Mine did this at first. The bolt wasn't quite tight enough to start so it just kept spinning and wasn't attaching to the car. Try to tighten the nut/bolt just a bit before inserting the handle into the wheel shaft. Should tighten and stay tightened this way. At least this has worked for me on both that we have purchased. Also use a screwdriver through the hole on the "tool" provided. This will allow you to tighten it significantly more than without and it should stay tightened. |

| Answer: | Yes, it's pretty easy. There is a large handle on the push bar that is kind of like a plastic version of the wheel handle on an outdoor faucet. You just turn that handle to loosen the push bar and that lets you swivel the push bar so that the push bar swings under the car. Then, when you get to your destination, the push bar just swings right back up, you turn that handle a few times to tighten the push bar to the back of the seat, and you're all set. |
