Answer:	I just hopped on one at the store to test one out for my 12 year old and this is what I found. The seat wasn’t all the way back on this one, there were two notch holes left to slide it back further which probably wouldve been almost enough for my height - but a tad shy. I’m 6’ 135# and 45 years old and it was rideable (& fun!) for me - tho I clearly needed to move the seat all the way back as my knees were kinda high. It worked, but still I wouldn’t advise buying one to really ride for any length of time if you’re over 5’6” maybe?

Answer:	It would depend upon the size of the 6 year old. I have bought 2 of these. My 5 going on 6 year old great-grandson rides it like a true champion. He, however, is not very heavy in weight. I think it would be perfect for any child up to 75-100 pounds and that is ONLY a guess. It's very heavy and sturdily built and easily driven; it takes turns like Nascar built it!!! Hope this helps. The 2nd one I bought was for my 4 year old and he drives it very easily but we had to put training wheels on it for him because the weight of the bike was too much for him to manage.

Answer:	As Heide reported—I also had to take off the bottom cover. There I found the other male connector and was able to feed it back into the battery housing. Once reassembled and turned right side up—you now have two male connectors, two female connectors, and a solitary red wire—this is the ground to the battery terminal. If you connect male to female incorrectly it will run nonstop. Switch them and it should work fine: pedal control, directional switch, and sound buttons. Good luck- patience pays off.

Answer:	My grandson is 7 and he fits in the bat mobile and there is still a little room for him to grow. The seat is adjustable. He is about 3' 10" to 4' tall. It peddles better on pavement, but if the child has strong legs he or she may peddle it through short grass. My grandson loves it.

You must be referring to the Professional Transporter division which was in the news lately. That division is actually handled separately from our Consumer Products group, and spare part requests can continue to be made with them directly.
Question:	How many charging cycles can the battery handle
Answer:	Hi, thank you for showing interest in Segway. Here are some details of the charging cycle. After 500 charging cycles (Charging from 10-100% is considered 1 charging cycle, charging 50-100% is considered 1/2 charging cycle, etc.), the maximum retained battery level will still be >70%. We recommend charging the battery before the power falls below 10% to avoid performance issues, and to extend the battery life. If the KickScooter is not used for more than 90 days, fully charge the battery and store the unit in a cool, dry place. Please continue to fully charge the battery every 3 months to prolong the product shelf life. Avoid using the vehicle when the battery level falls below 10%. Operating the vehicle when the battery falls below 10% will reduce the speed. Typically, a fully charged battery should retain charge for about four to six months in Standby Mode. Completely draining the battery may cause permanent damage. Damage caused by insufficient charging is not covered under warranty. Please avoid this situation.
