Answer:	There is a mechanical piece inside that makes the animals sounds. It shouldn't be submerged into water because that will destroy the mechanical device. I would use mild soap with an antibacterial agent and water with a cloth to clean the animals. would do the same for the treehouse to maintain it's shape and function. Hope this helps!

Answer:	No! It was already gifted to the engaged couple. How do I get this corrected?

Answer:	Hi there, the mask sticks well unless one takes it off too often then the stickiness wears off. I can’t say it will work but try to clean the mask and the face part of the doll with dry cloth to get the dirt off and see if the mask sticks. Hope that helps.
