Answer:	I am giving it to my 5 year old grandson, he has had other RC cars (tough young kids one's) so that experience and familiarity of how they work should be ok. But, I also enjoyed playing with it lol, the whole transforming part really surprised me how well it did it and completely excited my grandson. It has crashed into cupboards in the kitchen and survived (so far).
