Answer:	Yes it is, but it is a soft/flimsy kind of plastic. Didn't think I would like it at first (I'm more into fabric capes), but is cool. It is almost impossible to get the figure out without messing the box up.

Answer:	She is about 6.63" tall.
Question:	How tall is it from the feet to the head
Answer:	The articulation is really good for this version of Harley. If you like the ab / middle torso articulation you might want to get the other version. The major problem with this figure is it is difficult to get her to stand without assistance, and she does not have a peg hole in her foot to allow her to use a stand. And you need to "boil and pop" to change her hands.
Question:	Is thus shipped in a box
Answer:	The figure is about 6” tall and bulky; it bares the proportions of a Jim Lee illustration. The cape is voluminous and somewhat out of proportion until you manage to tame it.
Question:	It looks like the thumbs and possibly the finger assembly are articulated. Could anyone clarify this
