To be honest, my cattle dog got into the cow in maybe...10min? Eventually as the stuffing came out, i cut it open to remove the stuffing. Ive had the "remnants" of the poor little cow for about 4-6mons now. He still plays with the rope pieces and thrashes around like a bull shark. If you don't mind them playing with disassembled toys, go for it. My dog STILL loves the cow, though it looks more like a cow-hide now.
