I'm in the same boat as you. I did a pre-order in September, and all I got was that "they will email when it ships" status. It's been over two months and a week or so. All I can assume is that there are manufacturing delays due to covid, or Amazon didn't plan this out well. At least, we didn't pay $50 or more on this kit like some people are currently. I had the same issue with another product that Amazon had on for pre-order in October.

Answer:	The Iron Man Mark 85 Final Battle Version doesn’t have the loose joint issue. The joints are really good. On the other hand, the joints on the Captain America endgame final battle’s joints very much have the loose joints issue. After an hour out of the package I was having issues getting him to his hammer as well as his shield. They just don’t hold up and his shoulders won’t stay up. Iron man is good, Cap needs work.
