Answer:	I bought this for a 5 year old....if your 11 year old likes stuffed animals that interact with her then buy it. It’s super cute.

Answer:	Yes, it arrived in original box enclosed in a plastic bag for protection. In great condition.
Question:	How do i obtain warranty repair/replacement. it does not burp. it was purchased as a christmas gift
Answer:	Mine arrived defective as well. I bought it as a gift for my granddaughter and it arrived broken I don’t know about the warranty wish I had a better answer for you

Answer:	For this particular toy i would reccomend age 5 and over!! Yes its cute and cuddly and all children adore it. However, children younger might not "get" the toy. Bella interacts with your child thru clapping, talking, hand movements ect, so therefor could b a little more advanced for younger children because their personally still learning them skills themselves!!
