Answer:	I would say that it would be good for a 2-3 year old. It was well made as far as I know. I got it for my son's 27th birthday because he LOVES the hulk & I will be getting my 11 year old grandson one for his birthday in April. I asked my son about the legs & he said that legs do come out straight ( standing) & that he also thinks that it would be ok for a 2-3 year old. Hope this helps.
