Answer:	The bearing is messing up somehow. Maybe something stuck inside or hair in yoyo. Clean the bearing. And do not over lube bearing. If the bearing has to much lube it will play responsive. Watch YouTube to learn to clean bearing

How to String a Yoyo?

1. Separate the two strands of the string at the unknotted end to create a loop
2. Slide the yo-yo into this loop in the string
3. Wind up the string

• Tips: Do not take the yoyo apart when string the yoyo! Just separate the two strands of the string then attach to it.

If string is too long for you:

1. Cut it to its proper length
2. Make a slipknot for your finger
3. Adjust the string tension

Answer:	Yes. The fundamental difference between responsive and unresponsive yoyos is the width of the bearing. I daresay you can make any responsive yoyo unresponsive (and vice-versa) by swapping the bearing for one of the same diameter but opposite type. You will want a tool specifically designed to remove the bearing. I recommend the YoYoFactory multi tool, as it is also for cutting string and removing or tightening posts as well.
