Answer:	I bought two of these, one for myself, and one for a friend. Mine was LOUD. His was quiet as a mouse. I think I was just sent a dud. Someone told me it sounded like a bad bearing (1, I don't have any replacement parts to check it as this is just my first "professional" yoyo and 2, it sounded like that from the first use straight out of the box so if it was bad then it was sent that way) so you might want to try replacing that and see if it does the trick.

Question:	Difference between this and the fireball
Answer:	Please contact the seller so we can troubleshoot with you. We need to know a little more to give you a good answer. 1. Are the silicone response rings in place? If you look at the photos on the product page, one of the photos shows the yoyo taken apart so that you can see the rings. If a ring is missing, there are replacement rings in the box. 2. A single drop of oil on the side of the bearing can make the yoyo respond more. Too much oil will slow it down too much and make the string dirty, so not too much. Take off the bearing, use a drop of an oil that is either a yoyo bearing oil or something like SuperLube. Let it soak in and wipe any excess with a paper towel and put the bearing back on. Please contact the seller and we can get more information from you and help you get it working again.
Question:	Does it have replaceable pads or does it not need response pads
Answer:	It is the same yoyo in a different color.

Question:	The yoyo i ordered does not return. the string just spins. i've never had a yoyo do this. is there something i'm missing

Question:	what kind of batteries does it take.or what size of batteries
Answer:	For everyone, It's necessary cut the yo-yo string to the length that suits your height. Tips: Attach string on yoyo, hang the yo-yo over the floor, cut the yo-yo string with a knot at the end(10cm above your navel), then tie a knot. Hope this helps you.
