| Answer: | No it is not. My son turned it into unresponsive YoYo by changing the ball bearing to a concave bearing, otherwise it comes stock as a responsive YoYo. My son loves this YoYo. He can do a bunch of tricks with it. He like it even when it wasn't nonresponsive. |
