Answer:	I'm not familiar with the Anan Bros brand but this is kinetic sand which is meant to stick together. It is very soft and does break apart easily but break down like typical sand. We tried to use it for a sand tray for my child to write in and it didn't work well because it stayed formed too much but he absolutely loves to play with it.

Question:	Does the canopy tilt to help block the sun throughout the day
Answer:	The cover never got put up because the wood was cheap and the holes for the screws didn't line up. The seats wouldn't even line up because they weren't measured right and were uneven. I should have paid attention to the others reviews but instead I took a chance. If I was you I would not purchase this sand box.
Question:	How much sand does it take to fill it
Answer:	I never made it that far because the sandbox was so horrible we were never able really use it. My son is trying to saw down uneven parts and Redhill holes to make them line up. He might as well build his own at this point.

Answer:	The canopy came with it when I bought it.
Question:	What type of bottom is there to the sandbox
Answer:	The bottom of the box is open to allow for drainage. A large piece of mesh material ( similar to landscape cloth) is provided to go under the sandbox. Prevents weeds from growing through.
