Question:	What happens if you turn off the hose while still using the pool? Does it deflate
Answer:	When you turn on the water the outer rim of the pool gradually fills with water, once full the sprinklers kick into action. When you turn off the water the sprinklers will stop working but the outer rim will still have water inside. Thus keeping the shallow water of the pool from going out and allowing the kids to continue splish, splash and play. The outer rim still has water inside too and can act as a support cushion for a sitting toddler.

Answer:	We recommend rolling the splash pad up towards the spout. This should make it light enough to lift at which point we recommend hanging the splash pad with the spout down towards the ground to complete drain.

Question:	This is a dumb question but could we use this at a kindergarten to water a small garden
Answer:	Well that's an interesting idea! This toy does give off a good amount of water and you can adjust the flow, so yes, I would think that you could use this to water a small garden, but only if this were in the center of all the plants so each plant got the same amount of water. Great idea!
Question:	Where is this made
Answer:	Our toys are manufactured in a number of countries, both abroad and in the United States. Each one is marked with its country of origin. We have many people in the USA engaged in supporting our toy making and distribution processes and ourselves operate multiple facilities, including our headquarters, in the United States. Regardless of where each toy is made, we run it through the same rigorous and stringent testing procedures to ensure its safety. We have followed this same testing procedure for more than 30 years we’ve been in business. For items coming into our warehouses from abroad, the transit time is typically 4 or more weeks. Containers are controlled for cleanliness and security per USA standards for logistics and transportation. We follow all provided guidance carefully, and ensure our logistics partners do as well.
Question:	Does this spray hard, or is it more like a mist
Answer:	It is definitely not a mist, but it is not a hard spray (like a hose nozzle spray) either. If you've ever been to a splash pad, that is what it is most similar to...hard enough so the water stands up, but not hard enough to scare or hurt a little one. Our daughter bought this for our grandson when he was 2 years old & he loved it.
Question:	Any suggestions on adjusting the water pressure? my psi is around 65 and yet the water comes out maybe 1.5-2ft high
Answer:	The water pressure on ours isn't great either, maybe it's just a product flaw.
