Answer:	Did not use it for stuff like baking lasagna or burritos (tomato based casseroles).It cleans OK, as long as the it's not scratched.You need to take care, so it does'nt scratch. You should NOT use "tough scratchers".

Answer:	I purchased two 16x16 pans to use for wedding cakes. The pans made perfectly square cakes - the corners of the baked cakes were not 'rounded'.

Answer:	While the interior edges are essentially square, the corners are not. I would estimate that the bottom corners would have approximately a 1/2-inch radius, I hope this helps.

Answer:	I did not find this product to be abrasive but very much like any other noodle. You do want some level of roughness though so it doesn’t easily slip out of your hands when in the water!

Answer:	I am really not sure, but when you are in the water you a bit weightless. The most weight we ever had on it was probably 180 lbs.
