Answer: My answer would be YES!! Measure your springs diameter first, then cut the noodle only on one long side, so that it will wrap the springs. You can cut the noodles to the length of your springs before you cut down one side, but don't go all the way through. Hope this helps!!

Answer: They come in various lengths. This brand is very nice and quite sturdy too. The length of these are 52 inches for each noodle which is a total 7.2 feet. I bought these and cut them to fit inside my tall boots to keep the, upright in my closet. They were easy to cute, my boots are standing up now and not falling over. Great product with multi use.

Answer: no. these seem the same as any other pool noodle. I don't think this would work well for your application. I'm doubtful its as heat resistant or noise canceling like a standard liner is. Maybe people use noodles with success and I'm unaware of that, but I wouldn't suggest it.

Answer: Since these are closed cell rods they don't compress down easily. If you're going to be installing them by hand you can expect to compress them down to around 1 3/4" to possibly, with a struggle, 1 5/8". I actually ended up trimming mine down with a table top band saw.

Answer: it depends how much space there is between the floor and the couch, the ones I bought are only 1.5" in diameter, those swimming pool noodle are usually 2.5"-3" in diameter, so anything with your couch height should work, good luck

Answer: They will float but are not rated as flotation devices. They are too small to use for that by them selves. It would take multiples.

Answer: I'm assuming you mean to display them? These noodles are large diameter, they would have to be big bracelets. I sliced mine lengthwise and used them to pad the legs of a bed, stopping stubbed toes. Did great for that.

Answer: they can be used for that, yes. It will stay unless there is pressure pulling them apart.

Answer: These are not dowels nor are they hollow. The length you are using will affect the flexibility. I used 1'' diameter tubing and at 2.5 feet long made them flexible.
