Answer:	Low position is 24 1/2", high position is 31". ( I did measure it again after reading response 1, and it is 31"). I use it at a 36" high bench and suits my needs perfectly. Answer:	To answer this question for myself, yes we had cavitation and height problems with the 2004 Yamaha 4-stroke outboard(cavitation plate2.5 inches too high!) So flash forwards. This season we ended up adjusting the floorboards they wern't congruent, and putting more air in the keel(that's another subject of contention for us). So this season the 15-inch short shaft is actually performing much better with the Bris 15.4 boat adjustments. My next step would be to go with a new Honda or Suzuki 20HP outboard. Still on the fence about 15 inch or 20 inch shaft. To gamble, go with the 15"

There are 2 kinds of box I'm using now for the laptop with the air bag mailer , ① Box external size: 17.7" x 10.9" x 2.8", which is for the 14~15"laptop with mailer ; ② Box external size: 15.7" x 10.6" x 3.9", which is for the 12~13"(or for some kind of 14")laptop with mailer. DOUBLE LAYER LIGHT WEIGHT

There are vast differences in the materials and construction methods used in inflatable paddle boards. DOUBLE ACTION HAND PUMP

The gauge on the blow up paddle board pump will show the pressure after 7-8 psi, you need to increase the pressure to the recommended 12-15 PSI that the board needs to function optimally, and 15 psi is the max pressure.
