Answer:	I am 5'10" and I do not think I was near the maximum height. You do have to be a minimum of at least 4' 6" to sit on this ball and remain stable with your feet on the floor, my 8 year old niece was definitely too short to sit on this size hopper ball (28 in /70 cm)
