Question:	Is there a weight limit that this will stop? I understand different speeds and forces are involved but will it break if a 250lb person uses it
Answer:	Honestly, I would be afraid to try. Ours was up for about a year and my 90lb. 13 year old granddaughter slammed into a try when the brake line snapped. Fortunately no bones were broken but she was hurt. The company told me there was no warranty and not even an apology. We replaced it with a much heavier bungee cord. Anyway, examine your equipment on a regular basis and no at 250lbs. I would never trust it.
Question:	Does this brake work with the Eagle 70' Seated Zipline
Answer:	I think the brake will work with any zipline because they are not connected in any way. The brake block is installed on the line and stops the "zipper."

Answer:	we attached it to one of those screw in the ground dog tie outs.
Question:	How is this installed - if you only have 20' of Bungee it seems that it will only work on short (20 foot) zip lines - Is taht correct or can I install
Answer:	Our zip line is 90 feet. I just put the block on the line and then attached the line to the front of my lawn tractor. I then moved the tractor closer or further away depending on the weight of the person on the zip line. There is a lot of stretch to the line. I did also use a stake to attach the end of the line in the lawn. We ran into trouble when my 13 year old moved the stake and did not get it deep enough in the ground. The line pulled the stake out of the ground when she hit the end and the line flipped toward her and stuck her. Had an emergency room visit, two doctor calls and two sessions with a physical therapist. It really hit her hard. So be careful to have it securely attached. The lawn tractor works well as it is moved easily. The tractor is about 1/2 of the way between the jump off point and the destination point. Good Luck. It is a lot of fun but it needs to be supervised.

Answer:	The cable lenght is 98ft, you will need to around to tree. Figure 2-3 ft to wrap each tree...... our trees were 90 ft and had nothing to spare.

Question:	With a 450 ft zip line, for kids & adults, will 3 springs be a good enough backup with our handbrake
Answer:	It will depend upon the slope of the line and the weight of the people. I have two springs for 150 foot line. I use a ratchet cable winch at the bottom of my line. When the kids are riding, I leave slack in the cable so it bottoms out about 20 feet from the end. They still clear the ground, but the rise then gently slows them before they hit the spring. When it is tight, they need to hang on because they swing when they hit the spring.
Question:	What is the max weight of the rider that it can stop
Answer:	It stops me at 185lbs. Lighter riders (like kids) may experience a rapid reversing effect as the spring loads and then springs back.
Question:	Can I use this on a rope instead of a cable
Answer:	I i haven't tried that. I would guess as long as the rope was the same size as the cable. A rope would probably wear with the friction more than a cable

1. Before installing the zip line system, the cable should be insterted into the spring. 2. Cross the cable from one end to another end. 3. Place the spring brake on the turnbuckle side and keep a safe distance from the end point.

1.Piano wire is a reinforced kind of high-carbon steel, still need to be stored in a dry space.

2.You could apply anti-rust oil to the spring surface to strengthen the anti-rust effect, just take you several minutes.

3.Try to avoid leaving the spring in a bending or compression state for a long time, because doing so will cause the spring to deform and weaken its elastic performance.

4.In fact, stainless steel is only less likely to rust, but normally high-carbon steel's elastic property is much stronger than stainless steel.2

Answer:	Yes you can remove it, and use just the handles.
Question:	Is there some instructions as to how to attach the safety harness & lanyard + how to adjust the seat
Answer:	I put mine at about a 20 degree angle; its fast enough with a good pull to put my kids (11&12) vertical at the end/brake. You can pull slower for younger children and it's not as fast.
Question:	Will this work if my trees are closer to 50 feet apart
Answer:	The cable is 90 feet long. If you are asking for the diameter of the cable, I don't know but can tell you that it can support a person weighing up to 125 lbs. It supports my two grandchildren very well. Hope this helps.
Question:	Can you get a longer main cable? I need 150 ft
Answer:	The zip line kit has been tested for over 600-pound weight limit. But due to maintenance requirements over time, we have lowered it to 200 pounds 3x weight limit.
