Answer:	Solid and simple. No frills. Not very powerful but easy enough for my three year old to use it on his own.

Answer:	The 'top' 24" (or so) of the chain is not plastic coated, so it's possible to cut and remove links. No need, though, as it comes with heavy-duty snap hooks that thread through the mounting hardware. Instead of hanging the chain from the link on the end, just slide the snap hook through a link that places the swing at the height you want it.

Answer:	The anchor system is for the stability of children playing on the set. Should you feel you need anchored for weather than we recommend you go to your local hardware store and see what they recommend for your area.

Answer:	Description says 4 foot deck height ... sounds about right. That said, I'd stay away from this set. It's pretty cheaply made - the door of our fort fell off after a month of use, and the wood is chipping all over the place.

Question:	How does this rope wear in the weather
Answer:	I am not sure the kind of metal - but it is not an expensive metal. I used this bell in a play, not outdoors, but it would probably be fine outside. It was smaller than I expected.
