Question:	Where are directions
Answer:	I took a trip to London/UK with the medium sized (25 in) and an older Travel Pro carry-on roll aboard. In addition to the usual airport/hotel stuff, we traveled the Tube, trains, busses, walked through streets, and both pieces of luggage held up well. I often used the larger suitcase to carry the smaller one, though that got tiring after a while. At one point, we walked nearly 2 miles including across cobble stones, cracked sidewalk, curbs, and the luggage did a great job. I prefer the spinner wheels to the roll aboard wheels for this type of travel and am thinking of adding an international carryon size with the spinner wheels. The only trouble I had was more about weight (which is what I deserve for overpacking!). Walking down steep subway steps holding a 40 lbs case in one hand and a 25 lbs case in the other is not something I'd recommend.
Question:	Is the ratchet weather/rain proof? Can I leave the system out during rainstorms
Answer:	The 21" Spinner is designed for domestic travel but will work on some international airlines. We also offer an Int'l Spinner that is more compliant with int'l requirements. The overall dims including handles and wheels of the 21" spinner are 23" x 14.5" x 9" and the overall dims for the Int'l spinner are 21.75" x 15.75" x 7.75".

Answer:	Yes. This bag fits in most US overhead bins. I can pack four days of business casual in the bag easily.

Question:	Can this be used as a slack line
Answer:	Personally I wouldn't. Unless you can put a bolt all the way through. A lag bolt, or screw hook I believe will tear out when you tighten the strap.
Question:	Up to what age is this appropriate
Answer:	yes, it should allow enough to get around your trees, if the trunks aren't too big.
Question:	Can this be used in a shorter span, between trees about 20 feet apart
Answer:	Ours had the one slack line and the teaching line. You loop one end around the tree and through the loop on the slack line and wrap the other end around the tree and through the ratchet and tighten. It's confusing at first, but easy after you've done it once. Maybe you just got an extra slack line on accident?
Question:	what is the return policy
Answer:	We have it semi permanent between two trees. I would imagine if you had posts with concrete footings it would work fine. Just imagine the for the amount of activity ours gets, I don't think polls simply burried in the ground would hold for very long. Good luck!
