No need, though, as it comes with heavy-duty snap hooks that thread through the mounting hardware. If such a horse were actually alive it would like a little pygmie pony and it could eat grass in the yard but not need a huge range or stables and stuff. It's stable would be like the size of a small doghouse, and you could use these little tiny brushes to brush it's fur out. And it could eat little baby carrots and apple slices and be a perfect little friend for a little girl around my daughters age. Answer:	We hung it over a tree branch, but I don’t see any reason it wouldn’t go over a square edge just as easily.

Answer:	The entire loop is hung over a tree branch. then thread one of the then-hanging loops through the other side and pull it tight. Thus, the loop now hangs as one double strap for strength. Then affix a hook carabiner to the D-ring that's on the strap so you can hang your swing from it. I hope that helps!

Answer:	I am not sure. But I do know that the straps were uneven!!! My grandson's swing hangs crooked! The company was upset that I made that post. They asked me to take it off the website. Question:	Can the height be adjusted so it hangs lower to the ground? Also, could a 3 and 5 year old both fit on it at the same time
Answer:	I have a very high attachment point. With the hanging straps provided my 5 year found it difficult to enter/edit. The problem was solved with a length of chain that lowered the attachment point. I have a 5 year old and a 7 year old. Each have their own Kids Pod. I have seen both "fit" into one, but I can't say they looked comfortable.
Question:	Can the hardware be drilled into exposed rafter beams in a basement? Can someone explain how, please? Instructions are terrible
Answer:	Yes you can drill directly into the rafter beams. We didn't use the hardware provided by the company we went to Lowe's and bought better stuff.
Question:	How do you install the ceiling nut that it comes with? The instructions are terrible
Answer:	It will be different for everyone. For me, it was extremely difficult, but possible. I installed it on my second floor and was able to go into the attic above the room and put the nut on from the top. You must find a 2x4 in the ceiling, drill a hole all the way through it, then access the bolt from its exit point to screw on the nut from above. If you don't have an attic or cannot see or access the ceiling above where you want to mount it then return it immediately. Also, I had to purchase a new bolt because the one it came with was too short and the threads didn't make it through the 2x4.
Question:	how much weight can it hold
Answer:	The hanging equipment that comes with does not hold much weight. My son is 4 and 55lbs and my husband who's worked construction for 15yrs, mounted this into the ceiling, and the hardware ripped out all bent and warped after 2 weeks. I'd suggest purchasing the mounting hardware elsewhere.

Answer:	I guess it depends on how strong the tree branch is. Someone told me that they put eyelets on a cross beam of their patio and it worked well. What is your risk factor?

Answer:	My granddaughter is 14 months old and she does great in the swing. She tried a neighbors when she was about one and did great then too. The key is to watch them and not leave them I attended.
Question:	what is maximum weight for this swing
Answer:	This chair is beefy, it appears strong and well made, The chain is thick and by comparison with other chains I have around the garage would be rated for several hundred pounds. I don't know the true answer to your questions but from perspective my kid will outgrow it long before it wears out, or weight would be an issue. I'm an average guy and I can put a foot in it and swing if I want to and it's not breaking. I hope that helps.
