So you put the included carabiner-hooks through the chain, then you hook it to some loop on your swingset. Therefore, you need some kind of fixed loop on your swingset that the carabiners can hook to.

Answer:	Hello Deborah, Per the ASTM F1148, add 4% of the swing beam height to the Swing Seat width for your center to center spacing. In other words, if the horizontal beam is 84" (ie. 7') in height, multiply that by 4% which equals 3.36". Answer:	Yes it does, comes with the chain.
Question:	Do I need more accessories to hang this swing or does it come with it
Answer:	The 'top' 24" (or so) of the chain is not plastic coated, so it's possible to cut and remove links. No need, though, as it comes with heavy-duty snap hooks that thread through the mounting hardware. Instead of hanging the chain from the link on the end, just slide the snap hook through a link that places the swing at the height you want it.
Question:	Is this seat a real hard plastic or more on the soft side

Answer:	Hello,Per the ASTM F1148, add 4% of the swing beam height to the Swing Seat width for your center to center spacing. In other words, if the horizontal beam is 84" (ie. 7') in height, multiply that by 4% which equals 3.36". Question:	What is the real mfg recommend age? Because 18mo to1yr doesn’t make any sense
Answer:	I'm not sure what the mfg recommended age is, but we have used the high back swing for our grandkids from 18 months up to 5 yrs, depending on how big the kid is. The regular swing is good once a kid can hold themselves in the swing and move their legs back and forth, around 3-4 yrs, depending on the kid. Very durable swings. Highly recommend.
