Question:	How complicated is to assembled the playground
Answer:	The hardest part was the twisty slide, it took them most of the afternoon to get it together. Might need to get some longer bolts, though the ones that came with it were OK, and patience. After it was completed, it looked great and our twin grandsons loved it. The rest of the playset was very straight forward. Make sure you read the directions first.

Answer:	It is extremely heavy and doesn't need to be tied down. My grandchildren love it.
Question:	Does it have to be assembled
Answer:	Yes, it does have to be assembled. As I recall, the directions get a bit confusing at times, almost as if they assume you've built one before. I would say an hour and a half build time.
Question:	Are there issues with spiders with this or with it holding rain water
Answer:	My grandsons have had this for 2 years now & if used regularly there hasn't been a spider issue. No rain water issues for mosquito breeding either. We live in northern Montana where it sits in snow for at least 4-5 months & it holds up great.
Question:	How does it get anchored if indoors
Answer:	I imagine you would have to secure it to the wall/baseboard somehow. It is very sturdy however, we have ours outside and it never even budges.

My mattress is on a HD platform and is very sturdy. My mattress is slowly conforming to my TOSSING & TURNING. It went from ultra firm to comfortable firm in a few months. I've gone through mattress like water because they didn't hold up. I believe you will be pleased with this mattress as I am. I bought it ultra firm so over time it would break in like your favorite shoes and wear well. So far it's working quite well for me. I'm very pleased and rate this 5 STARS. Answer:	I really don't know what to tell you. But, I didn't open mine within 72 hours. I think we did it in a week or 8 days. I didn't even know it said to open it within 72 hours. But here's what the company said: We recommend taking your mattress out immediately (why wait for wondrous sleep?). If you must, don’t wait longer than a week from the date the mattress was delivered. They didn't say why. Hope this help!

Question:	Where does this slide ship from
Answer:	I see this question a lot with ceramic pots and pans. Both my sets are ceramic coated, and this is my trick. Sprinkle baking soda all over the stained area, and then pour some vinegar, to cover, over the baking soda. It'll bubble up for a moment and then settle. Let it sit for at least 20 to 30 minutes, longer if possible. I then take one of my silicone scrubbers and most stains come right out. I used this trick with the WearEver set I bought second hand. The lady swore up and down that the pans were permanently stained, but that they were otherwise perfectly fine. I wish I could show her that they looked practically brand new one I did this cleaning treatment, and most, if not all of the stains were lifted. Just like cast iron, it takes a little bit of know-how in order to maintain them. And it takes some knowledge to know how to cook in them. One of my biggest tips with ceramic is to not turn up the heat too high, especially when the pot/pan is empty waiting to be cooked in. High heat can produce tiny little spider cracks on the surface, thus making them harder to cook in, as its non-stick surface is now broken, and potentially make it harder to clean.
