Question:	The strap broke that obstacles are hung from. How do I get a new one
Answer:	Email the company...swift and responsive when we had the same issue. Hopefully you will have the same results...we messaged them via fb...had the replacement in a bit over a week.

Answer:	It’s about 4’x5’. It comes with stakes to secure it to the ground...we ended up buying extra handle bars as our kids didn’t care much for the net.
Question:	Is it ok to keep under the tension all the time
Answer:	I would not leave it out. Not due to durability, due to anything left out all year in weather gets ruined.
Question:	Can you buy extra individual attachments to hang extra things

Step 1

Wrap tree protectors around trees and secure in place firmly with velcro.

Step 2

Wrap each end of slackline around the trees and thread ends through the loops. Position on top of tree protectors and tighten.

Step 3

Make sure slackline is not twisted - finding "top" of line. Thread each adjustable buckle onto the slackline, ensuring the attachment point is pointed toward the ground and is spaced at the desired distance.

Step 4

Hook triangular carabiner one at a time to the attachments, ensuring the flat edge of triangles is at top through the attachment point. Determine the order of obstacles and hook these onto the carabiners, one per carabiner. Obstacles should sit at the bottom of the carabiner. Tighten the carabiner's threaded clasp securely.

Step 5

Grasp ratchet by handles. Feed long end of slackline through the middle slot of steel cylinder at the end of the ratchet.

Step 6

Pull long end of slackline all the way through the ratchet and hand tighten.

Step 7

Tighten with ratchet by pulling back and forth on handle of ratchet. Ratchet will grasp slackline and start winding around central cylinder.

Step 8

Continue cranking to tighten slackline as much as possible ensuring that you finish with handle grips closed. Wrap extra slackline around line and tie off out of the way.

Ratchet Release Step 1

Easily release ratchet from locked position to adjust challenge or move locations. Start by squeezing interior small black grip handle. This will allow you to open the ratchet.

Ratchet Release Step 2

Open ratchet approximately 180 degrees to access interior and squeeze small lever with spring on left side (see inset). This will release locking gears on left side.

Ratchet Release Step 3

Continue moving the smaller lever on left side, squeeze gripped smaller handle on left and start to close the ratchet. This releases locking gear on both sides and you will feel and hear the strap release.

Answer:	It’s a training tool so needs consistency and patience, a positive reinforcer, so yes it works over time.
Question:	How portable is this? Would like to take it camping
Answer:	This makes a very soft click. If you need a hard click (loud click), go with a box clicker like those made by The Clicker Company (Doggone Good). The teardrop clickers are medium clicks which I like for inside my house. For outdoors or in large indoor spaces I like the box clickers. This product is quite soft, so I would use it with my little dog when training up close (if I have to click next to his head, for instance) indoors.

IT is far easier for an animal to understand the consistency of a "click" than to decipher "yes, good boyyyyyy" and "Yeah, that is it!" and "Good doggie" and so on, to US? those words of praise all seem about the same? but, to an animal? a plain ol "click" to indicate, "yes, THAT right, THAT Is exactly what i want you to do!" Question:	How short can the ropes go? We only have 35 feet to work with
Answer:	Ratchet straps can go as short as you want if used properly. Ours goes 35ish feet as well. Look up a video on the proper use of Ratchet straps if unsure.

Answer:	There is one slackline and one training/balance line. The training line is half the strength and not for placing full weight on. That is why there are only two tree protectors.

Answer:	We are in the Midwest and have wet winters with temperatures staying below freezing for days on end. We chose to take ours down once it was cold enough for frost to save the wear and tear and also because the kids will not be out to use it often enough.

Question:	If the main line need to be horizontal to the ground perfectly
Answer:	I think it is no hurts to have one side a little higher, I bought it for my son. Once you tighten the line the ninja warrior obstacle course doesn’t slide or shift. Ours was crooked for a while before we could get it level. Our challenge was getting it right enough that it doesn’t bounce a lot when they are playing on it. It will bounce some but doesn’t stop him from playing with it.
Question:	Can this be tied to porch/car port posts instead of trees
Answer:	I’m not sure you could tighten it enough now to slide down on a small post. If you could find a way to keep it from sliding then it may work.
Question:	How do you get it to stay high enough off the ground
Answer:	The main line has a ratchet strap. You put it around two trees (or a really stable post) so you can put it as high or low as you like. The directions recommend 12” above the climbers reach.
Question:	What is the weight limit
Answer:	We recommend not to exceed the maximum weight of 250lbs.

Question:	Do you have a swing attachment
Answer:	We currently do not offer a swing attachment, however, in the near future we will be releasing a variety of accessories, including a swing.
Question:	I have several trees in an area. Can I wrap the slack line around more than two trees? Like have a tree in the middle
Answer:	That is not recommended. In order to properly tighten you will want to attach Slackline only to two anchor points. You can go around the tree in the middle, but it may be in the way of some of your obstacles. Please be sure to follow the instructions included to set up your line properly and securely to avoid any injury or issues.

Answer:	The buckles are machined and then grind down for a smooth finish.

Question:	Is it waterproof
Answer:	I assume your question pertains to whether or not the ropes are waterproof. My opinion is that the ropes are made of a synthetic material, and not hemp, and as such water would not be a problem. However, ropes should be suspended in the air and not piled up on the ground or some wet or damp storage location. This answer should be verified by Dripex Tech Support.
Question:	What is the suggested height off the ground should this be installed
Answer:	Thank u for your question. Generally between 2 and 2.5meters off the ground. But it is really depending on the height of the kids using it and how much clearance you want off the ground. As kids get more and more experienced you can always raise it higher and higher.
Question:	Does this kit come with the bottom line
Answer:	Yes dear, so sorry for late reply.
Question:	Would this work for 2 trees that are 42ft apart
Answer:	Hi. This depends on the Circumference of the 2 trees. The full Length of the slackline including the Ratchet is 50ft. Therefore if the distance between your 2 trees is 42ft then it leaves 8 feet. So for this to work for you the total circumference of the 2 trees combines cannot be more than 6ft. So please measure the distance around each of your trees and if the total is less than 4ft then it should be ok. The reason we leave an allowance of 2 ft is just to allow for adjustments of the slackline. so in summary: 42ft(distance between trees) + 6ft(Circumference of both trees combined)+2ft(Allowance left for slackline adjustments) = 50ft(Total Length of slackline)

Customize your Ninjaline system with the 9 included obstacles and add to your system to create the ultimate Ninja training. The American Ninja Warrior® Ninjaline® has 17 pockets so you can space our your obstacles to create a more difficult training run, or add to your line with more obstacles from American Ninja Warrior®.



Our 10,000lb strength Ninjaline is 34’ x 2” with a 6’ ratchet system. Our exclusive reinforced ratchet is made of blue powder coated steel with a TPR rubberized comfort handle. We use professional quality weave so your Ninjaline® can also be used as a slackline for additional balance and agility training. Used by contestants as an anchor of their training regimen.



Includes a sturdy carrying bag with bookbag straps and gym chalk ball so your training to completely portable.



Obstacles include:

1-pc 10" nylon rope knots. This unique knots mimic a ball grip, but is softer for easier grip and use along the Ninjaline®. Pro tip: place fingers on either side of the hanging rope, around the ball.

1-pc 10" steel T bar. This hold is a hybrid of the ball grip and the bar grip. A perfect transition obstacle.

2-pc 16" steel Monkey Bar Holds. Similar to the standard monkey bars, these steel dowels add a dynamic aspect to the Ninjaline®. They can space across two safety delta clip sleeves or use only one to create a triangle. Allows for a variety of configurations while using the Ninjaline®.

3-pc steel gym Rings with ABS textured grip. Great for using body weight to train and develop overall upper body strength and coordination.

1-pc 2.5”dia Poly resin Ninja Balls. Excellent for building forearm and upper body strength. Their 2.5” diameter works great for a variety of hand sizes.

1-pc 2.5”x 4”Poly resin Ninja Cones. Also excellent for building forearm and upper body strength, their cone shape provides an easier grip point and their ability to rotate makes them easier on your tendons and shoulders

Question:	Is this for adults
Answer:	We use it for our grandkids, but I think it could be used for adults.
Question:	How wide can the trees be? The two trees we are considering are 5"4' and 2'5" in diameter, respectively
Answer:	Yes your trees are good. The trees need to be 12" in diameter or 38 inches in circumference.
Question:	The product title implies that this is a 40' slackline, but the description says 34'. How long is the slackline really
Answer:	The total line length is 40', made up of 34' main line and 6' line with ratchet. Sorry for the confusion. We do have a 15' extension of you need additional length. Does this answer your question?
Question:	Do the pieces hanging from the line move/slide around
Answer:	Each piece attaches to and hangs from a metal clip. Each metal clip can be fixed to an attachment point on the line. There are about ten attachment points on the line at regular spacings (something like 18 inches apart, I don't have the line in front of me right now). So the clips and pieces cannot slide along the line when attached. The clips and pieces can be removed and re-arranged however you like.

Answer:	Hi! Thanks for the question. The spinning wheel is solid plastic. It's very durable, strong, and will never rust. It also has better grip than metal wheels because its surface is textured.
Question:	How many pre-sewn loops does this have for the metal rings to be connected to
Answer:	Hi! Thanks for asking. That's one of the best parts of our kit; there are no sewn loops. Our system uses an adjustable hardware kit that allows you to place the obstacles anywhere you want on the line! Space the obstacles close together for littler kids or farther apart for bigger kids and adults. Plus, you never have to worry about a sewn pocket ripping off. We include enough hardware kits to attach all the included obstacles. If more hardware kits are needed for additional obstacles, they are available on our website. Thanks!
Question:	Is this for 10 year old kids fofana
Answer:	Yes! The 10 year old kids we know, LOVE this. We recommend kids be at least 6 years old to participate on the Ninja Course.
Question:	I have two large trees 42 feet apart would this work
Answer:	Thanks for your question! Yes, the line length plus anchor line length is 65 feet. So at 42 feet apart that will leave over 20 feet of total line length to wrap around your trees. We recommend using trees at least 1 foot in diameter.
