Answer:	The anchor system is for the stability of children playing on the set. Should you feel you need anchored for weather than we recommend you go to your local hardware store and see what they recommend for your area.

Answer:	Description says 4 foot deck height ... sounds about right. That said, I'd stay away from this set. It's pretty cheaply made - the door of our fort fell off after a month of use, and the wood is chipping all over the place.

Answer:	Our products come with a waterborne stain for color only. You will need to put a sealant on the product. It does not come with a sealant on it as what works in one climate doesn't work in another. We recommend you go to your local home improvement store and see what they recommend.

Question:	How long did it take others to put this together
Answer:	I’m not sure exactly how long it took. My father-in-law put it together by himself. He did say it was very easy to do. I think it maybe took a couple of hours, it didn’t take all day...I do know that. Sorry I’m not more help.
Question:	Are you able to remove the slide and put it back on easily for storage? Would doing this repeatedly wear down the slide connectors
