Answer:	I don't feel like they have enough support for the gym...I only purchased mine for fashion and they look great but they wouldn't be comfortable doing any sort of impact cardio work...

Answer:	These shoes are in mens sizes. As a general rule of thumb, women need to order one size smaller in a mens shoes then they wear in a womens. So if you are a womens size 5, you would need a mens size 4. But, these shoes tend to fit on the large side so you may need to get a size 3. It is hard to tell with out knowing your foot length. You might consider ordering both a 3 and 4 and sending back the size that does not fit like you want.
