What ever LED puzzle you have, the wire should have a number of some sort Follow instructions for the light installment correctly and it shouldn’t be that much of a hassle. Answer:	I would say depending on the shoe size. I think they are shoe size 6-9 in women's. But they are ankle socks. But I don't think they would fit a year old. I hope this helps.
