Question:	Are these good for an everyday toy use
Answer:	Go to the Wrebbits website (https://www.wrebbit3dpuzzle.com/contact/) with a picture of the area in question and a simple description and they'll send you the missing piece(s). What I do is after punching out the red dot pieces is to count them. If a piece is missing send it back for a replacement. I had to do this with the Diagon Alley puzzle; Amazon was amazingly prompt in sending me a replacement even before receiving back the old one. It's some extra effort, but it's a lot better than being well into building the puzzle then discovering that piece(s) are missing.
Question:	What is the minimum age for this
Answer:	This model is illustrated on the exterior only. It can be combined with Hogwarts Great Hall to reproduce the whole Castle. Enjoy!

Answer:	Loose. You do need to separate the red dot pieces which is normal for these puzzles. In case you've never done this type of 3d puzzle before the red dot pieces are pieces that have the picture on them, but are where other walls lock in.

Answer:	Wrebbit puzzles are sturdy enough that they do not need to be glued. But if you need to move you puzzle around a lot and want to preserve it, you can hot glue your puzzle from under. You do not want to put hot glue on the paper on top of the puzzle. The glue must be put only on the foam for better result.

Answer:	No, the pieces are not numbered. Pieces are first put together like a regular, flat, jigsaw puzzle in sections as per the instruction booklet. Then follow the instruction booklet to assemble the flat pieces for 3D.

Question:	What is the size of these puzzles
Answer:	You must remove all the red dots because they are not part of the puzzle, but be reassured, most pieces do not have any red dots on them. IMPORTANT! Make sure to keep all the red dots aside until you have completed your puzzle, just in case a good piece got thrown away by mistake. Since you must go through all the pieces anyways when sorting them by shape and color, you should easily spot all the red dots. Especially with a model like The White House, which is moslty...white. Enjoy!
Question:	How many pieces is each puzzle
Answer:	It is a little bit of both: for 3D puzzles you assemble the flat parts first, as you would any other jigsaw puzzle (so problem solving since like a jigsaw puzzle many pieces are similar). Then you follow the guide to assemble them to 3D.

Question:	what's the scale of this model
Answer:	I don't have dimensions because this was a present for my grandson. But looking at the photos of the three puzzles side by side, I'd say the Empire State Building is over a foot tall. The Statue of Liberty is about half as tall with a wider base. The White House is probably 8 in tall and at least a foot across.
Question:	For the fist level, the wires are getting in the way of setting it up correctly? Is this defective? Do we need to return it
Answer:	Varies depending on the puzzle. I think 50 was the most. Each puzzle took 30-60 minutes to complete by a smart 8th-grader -- it did pose a challenge and he loved the completed work.
Question:	Do you have Buckingham Palace cubic fun
Answer:	Unfortunately, Wrebbit do not have color instructions for The White House as of yet. They now provide color instructions for all new models and eventually will also make color instructions available for previous models, but no exact date has been announced yet.

Answer:	Wrebbit 3D puzzles do not have numbers on the back of its pieces. They are made to challenge puzzle fans, but they do include illustrated step-by-step instructions to help you put it up.
