Answer:	The balloons can be used like regular balloons but the 3 and 5 year old loved blowing them up and letting them go everywhere .They stood up well reblowing them up multiple times, and there were very few defective ones kept them busy for hours.

Answer:	Because they aren't rigid or identical, each balloon will likely have different flight characteristics. If some tend to dive to the ground, you could probably make them fly more "up" by tying or taping a bit of string to the nozzle to make the balloon tail-heavy. Experiment with the length of string to get the effect you want. The flailing of the string may add some erratic maneuvering. It will also add weight, so too much will reduce the altitude you might otherwise achieve. Also, the balloon will be tail heavy, so when it runs out of air, it will probably come down faster (tail first) than it would without the string. More ambitious future rocket engineers could try attaching 2 or 3 little fins made of paper to the nozzle; typing paper is rigid enough for a fin with a maximum side length of 1".
