Answer:	I am a Realtor that just started using Master Lock model 5440D. When another real estate licensee wants to show one of my listings, no matter what board they belong to or where in the state (or country for tha matter), I can give them access for a time period or unlimited access. For your specific question I would recommend contacting Master Lock at: 800-464-2088, they've always been very helpful
Question:	Doe you need to pair the phone manually first? i need to grant access to air bnb guests and do not live locally
Answer:	My unit does not connect to wifi. It does pair up via bluetooth with my phone. You cannot remote access it via a wifi connection, but you can activate it when your phone is close. We program in guest codes and have a master code that we use and this has worked well so far at our vacation rental. If you need a wifi enabled device, this is not it.
Question:	Can more than one person have master app, means 2 or more people able to give out access codes and manage the app
Answer:	Yes....the bottom 3 prongs are metal and what draws electricity, the top 3 prongs are plastic and I must mention that they are shorter in length then the metal prongs. I have an gf I outlet that wouldn't hold tight on the top prongs which caused the surge protector to push out of the top outlet. Not sure why the manufacturer wouldn't make the plastic dummy prongs EQUAL in length. I also must mention that it doesn't have the center screw to secure it to the outlet. So if you plug in something with a tight fit, when unplugging the cord it will pull the surge protector from the outlet as well. Not a good option for garage ceiling outlets either due to Not having the center outlet screw mount. I bought 13 more than 1 year ago for my house and they are all still working. I like that the outlets can swivel to the side if you don't want your cords sticking straight out.

Answer:	At my heaviest after first getting this post I weighted 163 lbs.and had no problem with slippage. I don't think there is a weight limit. I used a small amount of carbon assembly compound which is necessary when installing a carbon post into a carbon frame. That may not be necessary with titanium but check with you LBS. This was noticebly more comfortable on rough pavement when I first put it on and of course now I take it for granted.

I will likely buy a safe from a reputable company this week. The "customer service" number they have listed is some random ladies cell phone. negative 5 stars on the company... the safe is well designed but I will search further for my replacement. Honestly, just get 2 different safes that fit both your your needs.
