Answer:	There is no battery. It is a child operated gyroscope. It is smaller than the one I had as a child but still fun for small hands.

However, a well made one with thicker stronger tracks and non warped wheel would be great i think. There are some with spinning lights. Look at the more well known stores you will pay more but it will be worth it. I keep one near by and have for years because of anxiety disorder and it helps ! I am a very old child myself. Every thing I bought from this company broke after 1-2 uses You get what you pay for.

Answer:	In my experience with these things, no. We have two that after a few days they fly directly to the ground, spin around, and stop. I have tried adjusting the helicopter fin a distance and orientation with no luck. I tried charging them overnight, turning on off in various patterns, anything I can think of. We haven't had one that operate d correctly after a few days.
Question:	Can I purchase replacement blade/propeller/wings whichever you call it? Because one fell off 30 minutes out of the box, and couldn't be found
Answer:	As far as I know, no. They're pretty cheap, you'd have to just buy another set.
