| Answer: | Define "jog". I wouldn't recommend it, but you technically could. My 10-year old is the one who uses them. It took him a few hours to get comfortable and balance appropriately. He was walking fast and considered it running. They definitely are for an active kid! The safety gear that comes with it is very uncomfortable and we had to get new knee pads and wrist guards. That wasn't part of your question, just an FYI. :) |
