Answer:	I used a 12B pencil, and it worked. Don't use H or HB pencils, you should be fine with a 2B, but I think it'll be easier to get graphite from at least a 6B pencil.

Answer:	It requires temperature difference of about hot water (~200F) vs room (~70F) so ~130F either way to run great. Assuming your hand is 98F and you are in Minnesota in February (-30F) then it will work just fine ;)

Answer:	There is some assembly required, but it's not a kit. I got it for my bf, who teaches HS engineering classes and uses it to demonstrate principles of thermodynamics. Answer:	I was completely disappointed with this purchase, the directions were terrible, unless you know chinese. Most parts fit properly but not all. It did it not function. Spend a little more for some competing versions that are available.

Answer:	No, Won’t have enough power to run on one piston while the other is not producing any output. However, you can remove the shaft rubber bands and you’ll run the cylinders independently.

Answer:	It comes with a tiny generator and led lights. It will barely carry 1 led. It's fine for external combustion demos but to small for any practical work.
Question:	Does this require assembly
Answer:	Yes this engine rotated at a high speed and provides low torque. You can easily stop the flywheel with your finger. There is no speed limiter or way to adjust speed. Maybe you could get a desired final driven rpm by changing the pulley size.

Answer:	No assembly is required, but your going to need fuel to run it. Klean Strip De-Natured Alcohol works the best. Hope this helps. A cool little toy. If you get it, after you take it out of the box, eyeball it to make sure all the moving parts are lined up, as they might have been knocked out of alignment during shipping. Don't use WD-40 for lubrication. graphite works well.

Answer:	I don't see why not, it's just a matter of finding a bulb of the same type, in clear. I would either check with the company if they have access to a clear one, or go to some place like Fry's Electronics, or look online. Either way, the Stirling Engine is a really cool toy to have!

Answer:	Yes it will. I would not purchase another one of these units. The four columns that connect the bottom piece with the top are made of metal... They transfer the heat to the top half of the motor and it stops. The longest mine has run is about 10 minutes. Then the top, including the 'flywheels' are the same temp as the bottom piece and it stops... I have one, that is of less 'quality', it runs and runs and runs... for half the price. Just don't completely cheap out and buy one with plastic tops and bottoms. This one, if someone replaced the for corner pieces with plastic screws, it wouldn't transfer the heat from the bottom to the top as quickly.
Question:	How can I replace the glass tube if it is broke
Answer:	The Stilring Engine is NOT a steam engine. It runs on differential temperature.
