Question:	Can I daisy chain the alligator clip ends together to make the wire longer or where can i get longer wire with the right alligator clips for this
Answer:	Yes you can. Or you can make a wire out of aluminum foil, a wet string, or any normal wire whatsoever will work just fine. You could hypothetically buy hookup wire or solid core wire at Radio Shack, but you could also just cut apart any old wire you have in your house.

Answer:	The Makey Makey in fact is an alternative for your keyboard. It depends on the software (the piano program) which key should be touched to play a C. The Makey Makey can emulate a bunch of keys (not all). Suppose your piano program plays a C when you press the space bar on your keyboard. With a Makey Makey you can do the same by 1) connecting your C-banana with the contact point labelled "space bar" on the Makey Makey; 2) connecting the piano player (person) with the contact point labelled "ground" on the Makey Makey (and of course connecting the Makey Makey to your computer). When the player touches the C-banana, the piano program produces a C.

About the author

Richard W. Hamming was a scientist and mathematician whose work inspired a generation of engineers, scientists, and researchers. He is best known for discovering mathematical formulas that allow computers to correct their own errors, a fundamental function of modems, compact disks, and satellite communications.

Born in Chicago in 1915, he provided crucial programming support as a member of the Manhattan Project. After World War II, he joined Bell Labs, where over the next 15 years he was involved in nearly all of its most prominent achievements. He later taught and lectured at the Naval Postgraduate School in Monterey, California. Throughout his career, Hamming received many awards for his work, including the Turing Award in 1968, the highest honor in computer science. In 1988, the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers created the Richard W. Hamming Medal in his honor, of which he was the first recipient. He died in 1998.

Answer:	I did a group of 3 in a middle school classroom and it was good. Any more and it might get tight around the “brick.”
